Loving the fragrance selection available. Everybody keeps telling me how good my car smells. Delivery time was a bit long but it was worth the wait. Happy with my diffuser. I will definitely be getting more fragrances soon.

Service has been absolutely poor and still haven’t received my proud really disappointed.

Ordered a week ago, emailed to see what’s going on or even if there is a delay and no reply. Can’t track my items as it comes up still haven’t been received. I brought this for my partner as he’s been going on an on about it. So thought I’d get him it as a surprise, at this rate I’ll be putting it up for Xmas. Communication goes a long way.

I haven't received my product yet. you had it marked as dispatched around 8th Feb but still no update with Hermes. I was hoping to have it for valentines day. I am unable to review the product yet.

Wish I read the reviews before buying. They send you a fake tracking number that never gets sent to Hermes. Just says Hermes are waiting for it. They will never get it. They ignored my emails until i said i would put it over social media and got my sister to as well. If I didn’t I wouldn’t of even got a response. Finally refunded me. I don’t trust this company, they sent me a shipping email but then told me they hadn’t even sent my order so they can refund me, then told my sister that Hermes lost it. Just lies they come up with. They delete all their comments on their Instagram, they have 10.3k followers but only get 2 likes on the posts. Just fake.

Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing anything. I'm always a little dubious anyway when I've never heard of them before, but I'd rather other people know of my problems with them.
I never even received my parcel. I ordered my diffuser over a month ago, and I've had no correspondence from this company at all. Avoid them at all costs, because they clearly do not care bout their customers. Currently in dispute with my bank about getting my money back.
Please DO NOT buy anything from these bottom feeders. Terrible company with clearly terrible products.

Absolutely terrible company. Both diffusers broke that i paid for and not even offered a replacement. Ordered another one and it’s been almost 7 months with no product arriving. Company still won’t issue a refund on the TWO orders I’m still waiting for.

Ordered 2 gift packs but only received 1 - multiple emails sent all going unanswered. Facebook messenger messages are answered but you're only then directed to send in an email that goes into a pit and is forgotten about. Don't waste your money (and more importantly your time) with these guys.

Ordered 2 diffusers but only received 1 diffuser, emailed the company twice but no reply.
Provided them with pictures of packaging which clearly showed that only 1 diffuser was packed.

Ordered £30 pounds worth and still no order has been received.

One star is too much for this company. My order arrived incomplete and what was in there had the wrong perfume. So far I have emailed 4 times but been ignored. No phone number to contact but I have just found a postal address on this website so will see if there is any response to a letter Ha ha !
I will not give up and will keep posting negative reviews until I get satisfaction. Do not deal with these people, they are obviously laughing at us and hoping we will go away.

I’d give zero stars if it was possible. Box come damaged, oils leaked everywhere, Tin of spray was dented, box with the diffuser was soaked with oil.
Emailed them more than 6 times and got no response.
Do not waste your money.

I have had to change my review as both items broke within a weeks use, I have emailed to dispute and had no response!!! Outraged
