Excellent team who kept me up to date throughout

Our experiences with Cardigan Bay Properties were positive from the very outset; from the initial valuation visit to the end of the process we always felt that our house sale was dealt with in a professional, yet friendly, manner.
One aspect my Husband and I particularly found helpful was the efficient, but also relaxed, manner in which the viewings were conducted. The same person showed prospective buyers around our home and garden on all four occasions and did so in a knowledgeable style that felt unobtrusive. Needless to say, this was obviously a success as I am now writing this review a week before we complete on the sale of our property and our ongoing purchase.
Our contact with the Cardigan Bay office was efficient and timely, they constantly kept us up to date with developments, liaising with our on going property Estate Agents ( who, it's got to be said, could learn a few lessons from how Cardigan Bay Properties function).
In all, we are now at the end of our house move journey - almost - but couldn't have got there without them!

As we were selling from a distance, we cannot fault at all the service we received in selling our property. Nothing was too much trouble, input given on value, and a structured approach to finalising the sale.

Cardigan Bay Properties dealt with our property purchase and were extremely easy to deal with. Their team provided a highly professional and empathetic service at all times. They gave us help and guidance whenever we asked for it and provided updates throughout the buying process. The team were courteous and helpful at all times and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Unfortunately, I can only rate this 5 stars. The service I received was above and beyond. Helen understood my needs, came up with a "Mystery House" not on my viewing list, and saved the best for last. This compared with the other agents. Outstanding professionalism. unlike the agents involved in my simple chain.

Such a refreshing estate agents! These guys were the opposite of all the worst tropes that one can think of about estate agents. Thoughtful, supportive, considerate and, most importantly, ensured that my house sale went through efficiently. Their portal system to keep you updated on the progress of the sale is excellent and Emma at Prime Progression was a game changer. Why don't all estate agents do this!!

In two words Great Service.
Such a contrast to the first estate agentwe employed and sacked 6 weeks later. Cardigan Bay Properties run by Helen and Tania is superb. Nothing was to much trouble. From the very first meeting where they came prepared having researched property values and the market place. We met and worked with Helen who kept us informed at every stage in a tricky market. When we needed advice they were happy to give an honest and considered response. If we ever need to sell again we will definitely go to Cardigan Bay Properties. Their service is second to none and they certainly outstripped the agent we sacked!.
