Run away from this company
I purchased a treadmill (addidas T-19), and WITHOUT my knowledge, they postponed the delivery for two weeks, meaning the item was shipped with a delay of two weeks.
On the day the box arrived at my address, the driver informed me that he would not deliver it to my apartment(based on first email and later, from shipment office, they are responsible to deliver it in front if my door). The funny part is, my apartment has an ELEVATOR! When I called Customer Service, the operator told me that they were not responsible for delivering the item to my apartment. It was the funniest thing I had ever heard. I did not accept the package! This was the worst customer service experience! The worst shipment! They simply wasted my time for a month!
Update: I did not accepted the package and went back to my appartment and the delivery guy left the item in front of building door without informing me. It means he forged my signiture.even he left the pallet there in front of the building door!
