Support agents (in particular "Silvia")…
Support agents (in particular "Silvia") reply as robots and ignore completely your requests. When I complained about this, my ticket got simply closed without further reply, never seen such a behavior in my life, frustration in their office is probably skyrocketing if you have the courage to treat your customers like this. If you hate your Job, study to get a better one or change it, without affecting other people's life. 2 stars only because the website itself is decent, although quite antiquated. I hope they will replace all of these useless support agents with AI asap, as it will be much more useful.
Excellent helpdesk
I love the site, excellent experience every time. But I am writing this review because of my helpdesk experience. I wanted to download some older data that wasn't readily available for download, and Carlos went in my view above and beyond to help me get the results. Way more than I expected, and truly how any experience with a helpdesk should be.

I´ve been using Cardmarket since 2013 and always been very happy. This year I had to use their support twice and both times was handled with great care. Therefor I still recommend this site!

-10 feom me ... 3 years of buying went fine I spent considerable amount of money on this platform .. ones yearly salary. I started selling .. not more than 30 orders into I got hit by a scam buyer. The evidence showed resealing of package, I provided all evidence to confirm I sent the real card, the video of the byuer even showed on 3 instances that he reselaed to make it look like he got a fake. The support after 5 tickets didin´t even respond to me .. nor did they reacted or sent me any not a single message or even asked about the video nothing ... simply refunded the buyer and stole my money to some scammer. Super disappointed, I sell 21 years online with over 1000 ratings on 5 platforms this has never happened to me not even on ebay where I faced a few scam buyer around covid time and still was able to fend them of keeping 100% positive. This experience was shocking.. This company does not allow to rate byuers for the reason of protecting the buyer at the expense of the seller. DO NOT SELL HERE or support it is my only advice. You can see on bigger sellers how many times they got scammed with "not delivered" orders. I sell 21 years on bricklink in that time I only have 1 lost package ... here you will see sellers selling 5 years with a hundred not delivered orders... If you don´t want to support scam avoid cardmarket. My advice.
Also this comapyn violates their own general terms and conditions. While the case was reviewed I could not withdraw my funds for already confirmed orders.. only after 3 tickets when I asked for specific link to GTC stating they can do that I got a reply .. the first one was "we need to see if you send more fakes" .. the second one was "you can withdraw your funds now" .... Immediatelly stopped selling + cancelled opend orders and delisted all my stocks!! DO not sell here. Huge risk!

I would like cardmarket to improve…
I would like cardmarket to improve feedback appeal system , I ve been using cardmarket for nearly 10 years 3000 transection between buying/selling , as a seller you find members that give you good on article description on pack fresh cards and that is super unfair and your grading will go down because cardmarket will never remove a good and as a buyer the 10% refund rule is a bit unacceptable because if I buy a card in nm condition and I recieve a full on scratched card seller have to take responsibility and make a full refund.
You have a great website but you just need to be consistent and keep cardmarket safe to your customers.

Most sellers are good. I had a problem with a bad seller, and the cardmarket support was very fast and very helpful and I got my refund.

Biggest tcg selling platform in Europe so you have to use them if you wanna buy or sell cards. It usually works pretty good, but costomer service is very bad.
Got clearly damaged cards and was forced to accept a 10% discount even though the card value was max 50% of what i payed.
Another time i received a wrong product and they denied a refund because package was opened to check contents...
In all: decent but dont count on any help from support!
