Customer service is awesome. They always reply and help you solve the issue. Sellers are not all that kind, so take care who you buying from. But in any case - just write a ticket, and it will be so... See more

My shipment came back
My shipment came back, not my vault, my shippingcosts have been paid back, thanks, great service.
Great website!
I rarely have any issues in my orders, but recently one of my orders got lost and the seller did not reply to my messages at all. I reached out to support, and they refunded me after a few days :) Overall great website and great service.

I've used cardmarket for years and I rarely have had any problems but on the few occasions I had, the customer support perfectly solved them, giving clear instructions on what they/ the buyer//seller needed to solve the problem and delivering solutions to every situation
Absolute positive opinion about them
Thanks you very much
Great company
Great company, very happy to work with them to resolve issues.
You always lose
The Cardmarket platform and its sales processing generally function reliably. However, issues tend to arise with individual transactions. In such cases, buyers may claim that the goods arrived damaged or provide false statements. Unfortunately, this often results in the seller bearing the loss, with little to no chance of recovering the payment.
It is regrettable that Cardmarket appears to tolerate such practices. Introducing a buyer protection programme would be a valuable improvement. For example, allowing sellers to upload dated images or videos of the items prior to shipping could offer a more transparent and secure process.
At present, however, it seems that Cardmarket has yet to implement such forward-thinking measures.

My seller account please suspended for "account verification" after over 200 sales over months. It's been over 2 weeks and no replies from Support. I have missing shipments where money is stuck in Trustee service, so both parties are annoyed that they can't get their money or replace cards - awful service and customer & seller support - AVOID!
Cardmarket support was very helpful
Cardmarket support was very understanding, and helpful of my situation. I contacted them about a scammer that really upset me (a 13 eur purchase out of perhaps more than a thousand purchases so in the grand scheme of things nothing). They did refund it out of pocket, it was a nice gesture from their side, which I appreciate. I will continue using the platform.
The platform has the biggest market in Europe. I believe it has room to improve, if it wants to grow in size, and in customer experience. There are some competitors I tried as a buyer that provide a significantly different experience. However, in terms of depth, and size of market it is unmatched for now. I did spend many many hours in sorting mail (I ordered many copies of the same cards, and around 50% of vendors did not leave any indication of who they were - so I had to use stamp of origin if present, things like that).
My favourite vendors were power sellers, especially those from Holland. Packaging of powersellers from many countries left lots to be desired. I somewhat stopped buying from the platform because of shipping costs, and sorting time (it took me several hours every week to second guess who sent me what and acknowledge it on the platform, hopefully that issue will be sorted in the near future).
Recommended!
I have been using cardmarket for years now, it is a great place to buy singles and most orders arrive without any issues (over 200 orders and only 3 lost) Recently I received a letter that was damaged by the postal service and delivered without any contents. Cardmarket was very swift in helping out! Fantastic help desk! If you're ever unsure of what to do, be sure to open a ticket and they might be able to resolve it!
Don't be a seller on Cardmarket
Don't be a seller on Cardmarket. They allow hostage negotiation behaviour from buyers making false claims and throwing tantrums over minor problems. The dispute in my case was about a pack fresh graded holo card that used the same abbrevations as another grading company, competetively priced. The buyer thought it was a different company and i explained the condition and price of the card was reflecting the purchase, to which the buyer went on a tantrum. After requesting a review change the buyer retaliated by leaving a negative feedback to damage my reputation. Cardmarket support does not back legitimate sellers and sides with the buyer, which means they allow toxic behaviour from buyers. I in response left the platform.
Brilliant all round service
I've bought and sold hundreds of cards through this website and I've never run into a problem until last week. To my delight, I found the customer service to be just as easy and efficient as the rest of the site.
experience
I have been using Cardmarket for over 4 years as a buyer and have only had good experiences with the site and Cardmarket support. They are super friendly and quick when it comes to solving problems. They are the number 1 platform for trading cards in Europe. It is super easy to use and set up as a buyer. I can only recommend it.
Amazing, reliable, easy to use
One the most impressive and well organized platforms I have used online.
Greate search and also amazing buyer protection. A couple of purchases were lost and we were able to settle my claims.
Honest and reliable selling platform.
I'm a new seller at cardmarket with les than 10 sales on the platform.
One 1 of my first sales I shipped a package (not insured) with tracking from Belgium to Germany and somewhere in Germany it got lost.
After the postal investigation declared the package lost, the buyer got a refund and Cardmarket reimbursed the lost money for me too.
100% recommend as a safe platform to sell or buy your TCG stuff.

Fast responses and as always very helpful. I've been buying/selling on their platform for a year now and I can only recommend it.
Reactive customer support
Although Cardmarket was not responsible for what happened to my order, the customer support was really reactive and willing to help me find a solution.
The good-willing refund of the shipping fees is much appreciated. Thank you!
Excellent support service
Great place for buying single cards with excellent support service.
Best market place for MTG
Lots of cards available and I always use Cardmarket. Very kind customer service.
I think the bar for tracked shipping could be a little lower. But the rest is very OK!
The only website you need in EU
I use this website on a daily basis to check for card prices, sales and offers. It's the best website if you wanna trade on a continental scale in Europe.
A horrible site for collectors
A horrible site for collectors, if you're going for cards in a better condition, as no-one takes the card condition guidelines seriously. This includes customer service themselves, who in addition completely ignore your concerns which they don't have a convenient answer to, and also behave passive aggressively in response. It's also not unusual for them to close your ticket whenever they happen to feel like it.
Ridiculous policies
Recommends sellers to ship cards in boxes (?!), allows buyers to order with fast shipping while paying less than required for normal shipping (?!), and then punishes sellers when they don't ship because shipping costs more than they received (!).
Update (07/05/2025): Cardmarket requested a reference number, my full name, my e-mail address, and my phone number or they "may not be able to recognize your review as genuine".
