Poor Customer Service since Think Money Buy Out

Card One Money were bought over by Think Money (whoever they are !!!) and now, they have a skeleton personnel, not allowing calls to them to deal with queries and issues, so we have to wait on call backs, which could be anytime. There website isn't working to be able to log in properly and manage our money, their Two STEP Authentication system isn't working, so we're unable to log in to our accounts !! What a shit show this is. Zero customer service and the remaining staff (from the ones prob paid off due to being taken over) all work from home.

Once again I have experienced outstandingly good service, today from Amba, but every single person at Card One Money with whom I have had contact these past 14 years has been a shining example of what good service should always be about. Absolutely shocking service.

Absolutely shocking service.
Had fraud on my account to which they advised it can take up to 45 days to investigate.
They then allowed another transaction to leave my account overdrawn.
New card ordered but cannot activate as my account is in minus.
I am now no longer able to even log into my account. I suspect they have simply closed my account instead of investigating the fraud on my account.
I have had no letter, emails or any correspondence at all. Shocking customer service. Do not use Card One Money
