Avoid these people. 2017 I made an application and they’ve only just closed it last month 8 years later. They claim to protect and look after your details but that’s impossible in my case. They tried to blame me for it still pending and didn’t apologise. Soon as I sent it to the ombudsman they offered a measly £100 with no explanation. Rejected that pathetic insult. Then explain why they have now offered this money but I’d rather face them in court. Avoid

Applied in 2017 and only this month they have decided to close the pending application. I’m fuming they had this pending without my knowledge for 8 years. They say they take care of your data but really??? How can an application be pending all this time and yet they claim they are doing no wrong🤬 in 8 years that means they haven’t got a safe system to store information. If I was you, I would check your details with them. I’m not even a customer and never ever was and yet they still after these 8 years want to keep my information for another ten years! I’ve used Cardone for over 10 years and never had a single issue. Their service has always been excellent from start to finish. I recently closed my account after hearing they’re moving to a new provider, but I have no regrets about my time with them.

Card One Money ignored closure requests, deducted a fee, blocked access to funds, and deleted messages showing my closure requests, extremely unprofessional, the app is always lagging so you cant communicate with them without issues, they stopped phone calls, cannot do immediate transfers unless I pay £7.50, or else I have to wait 3 days for money to transfer, now they are moving to ‘think one money’. They are very dodgy and the staff are never bothered wouldn't wish this bank on my worst enemy.
