I've long purchased Christmas Cards from Cards for Good Causes at St Paul's Covent Garden. Although the pandemic put paid to that, I was delighted to discover that I could order on-line and have continued to do so ever since. Nice variety of cards again this year which arrived in good time a well packed.

Good quality & service, easy site, lovely products and the prices are on par with high street too. It's great to know charities benefit and that the company has a solid back story.

Excellent choice of cards and speedily delivered. I can no longer get out to the shops so value sites like this with a large choice very much.

I have bought Christmas cards from Cards for Good Causes online since the pandemic and been impressed by the choice of charities and cards. I ordered this year, received confirmation and then advice from Evri on 15th January that my order had been received, nothing more.
On 19th February Evri online: status remained the same and helpline advised to contact Cards for Good Causes to sort it out or ask for a refund. Unimpressive.
I then contacted Cards for Good Causes by message online and received a prompt reply from Becky at Website Support who escalated a replacement order which arrived three days later. The best customer service, thank you.
Ordered a selection of things on 13th Jan. Received some of my order a week later but on the dispatch note, some things listed as 'to follow'. Haven't received anything since and the company haven't bothered responding to my emails.
Beware of this website as they seem to charge you for things that are never sent and don't respond to any emails.
Ordered a selection of items 7th January. It says same or next day ( if ordered on a non working day) shipping, tracking provided and costs £3.99 delivery.
I had not received the items or shipping information by 15th so I chased up tracking info request using the website contact. This went unanswered, so a day or so later I googled for a contact email. I emailed saying I’d not received and requesting a refund. I got a reply a day later saying they would check what had happened and get back to me. The next day I hadn’t had any follow up so I asked for a refund (again). I didn’t hear anything. Then yesterday evening I get an info that Evri had just picked up a package from seller, 11 days after I ordered it’s been shipped. Just now I get an info that 2 of the 5 things I ordered were not sent as presumably they are out of stock in the mean time. This makes the order smaller and the £3.99 delivery a joke. I replied saying I am extremely unhappy. I will not be ordering again, specially as I have now read on here that only a small potion actually goes to charity. I should pay attention better when ordering stuff like this.
Since we no longer have a Christmas cards for good causes pop up shop in Durham I have purchased them on line for the last 2/3 years. This year I ordered the cards in November and they arrived quickly after ordering. There is a wide selection of cards from many sources and I will be continuing to order from them
Great selection of cards, easy ordering, everything arrived promptly - and all in a Good Cause
I use this website every year for my Christmas cards. There is always a great variety of quality cards to choose from and my order always comes very promptly. I like to know that I am supporting charities whilst keeping in touch with friends and relatives.
The cards took a long time to arrive. Whilst the front was as expected, I was not happy with the advertising inside and on the back cover. I do not send cards out to advertise this organisation. I expected and was happy with the charity recognition.
Wonderful range of cards and gifts to select from. The perfect one stop shop for charitable Christmas cards. My order was dispatched and received swiftly and I’m thrilled with the quality of the products I ordered. I will be using cards for good causes again next year - great work
Great choice across good variety of charities
I absolutely love Cards for good causes, no they aren't the cheapest, but the quality is excellent and I know that part ofvpayment is genuinely going to a good cause. cards arrive promptly and are well packed. it's a really convenient process
I always buy my Christmas cards and occasionally gifts from Cards for Good Causes. There’s always an excellent choice from a wide variety of charities. The cards are always well packed and arrive promptly.
Thank you.
As a family we always like to support charities for our Christmas card purchase and I was delighted to find Cards for Good Causes where I found all of the charities we wanted to support under 'one roof. Ordered 10 packs and all were delivered promptly.
Will be using again next year.
I've long purchased Christmas Cards from Cards for Good Causes at St Paul's Covent Garden. Although the pandemic put paid to that, I was delighted to discover that I could order on-line and have done so with ease and satisfaction over the last couple of years.
Having given 1 star yesterday, I am happy to say that I can now update my experience. I had an email from Jeremy yesterday & a call today. He apologised profusely for the bad customer experience & understood my frustration completely. Re my order not being fulfilled - there was a glitch with orders being fulfilled for customers in NI & this has only been picked up recently. This is mainly due to the NI Protocol & the company are hoping that this will soon be resolved.
I know these things happen to the best of companies but I do really appreciate Jeremy taking the time to explain it to me & it was just unfortunate that my voice message & email had not been picked up sooner - but “ c’est la vie”!
We initially gave a 1* review because we received a mostly empty box and didn’t get response initially from Cards For Good Causes, but we eventually received a call from Jeremy. The organisation is obviously having a tough time with the company who are providing the logistics - as Jeremy explained. We have now received the remaining missing cards and Jeremy offered some compensation to us as well. The cards have arrived too late for this Christmas but will still be appropriate for next Christmas, and we have revised our rating to 4* because of the genuine efforts made to sort the problems out. Jeremy’s personal conscientiousness deserves 5*, but overall 4* seems fair. We’ll probably buy from them again because we do want to keep supporting the good causes.
