I got fed up trying to find beautiful cards in local charity shops with a Christian message, the selection is rather mundane this year. However, I found all that I needed in Cards for Good Causes, a... See more

Ordered on 16th November. Rang to enquire whereabouts of cards on 19th. Told they were with courier and to ring back if not received by 21st. Rang on 22nd and told original order would be recalled and a new order sent. Rang on 5th December morning and told they would enquire at the warehouse and call me back (still waiting). Courier delivered on 5th December afternoon - don't know if this is the original or the new order. Complete shambles!
Compounded by avaricious and shameless advertising inside card that embarrasses the sender.
Later the same day - received a call from Jeremy CEO to discuss, explain and review the problems and causes for previous poorly rated review. Following this conversation I feel it only right to upgrade the star marking from 1 to 4 as the discussion has produced positive results for examining process and procedures at Cards For Good Causes
I ordered cards for next day delivery paying for this express service as I needed to take some at the end of the weeks to a family wedding. i received a message after 4 days to say they had been sent to Evri for delivery. Had an e-mail from Evri to say they would be delivered on next evening(Wed) but then a second e-mail to say they could not deliver them that day. The next notification was on Sat saying they would deliver them that evening! Later that evening I received another email from Evri to say they had delivered although I hadn't received them. i eventually found them outside another house in the close!!!
I have just written the cards to find that 2 of the packs contained only 9 cards rather than the 10 stated. I have tried phoning the company to try to get at least my next day delivery charge refunded but they are refusing to take calls or ask me to leave my number and they will return my call which never happens.
This company is a con - don't buy from them!!!
Order placed 2 weeks ago and cards still not arrived, despite website's claim that cards are despatched within 24 hours max. Apparently they are now with Evri but still being processed so no idea when they will turn up. Also I note that only 10% of the proceeds goes to each charity now, didn't it used to be more than that? I always used to buy from your pop-up shops (and I definitely won't be buying online again) because I thought - maybe wrongly - that a larger chunk went to each charity. Also agree with one of the other reviewers, I also dislike the CFGC branding inside each card.
I've bought all my Christmas cards from here since 2018, but after this year I may not do so again. I don't like to speak ill of a charity retailer, but every pack I ordered has a logo and advertisement for the company's website printed not only on the back of the cards (which is fine), but also on the inside of the cards, which I feel cheapens the sentiment of a Christmas card, and makes me look like bit of a shill to anyone I send the cards to. The insides of Christmas cards are for greetings and well wishes, not adverts.
Advertising the company on the back of the cards only was evidently deemed sufficient in all previous years, so why has this changed?
I do hope that the company will reconsider this policy for next year, because their broad selection of cards is great, and they help lots of good causes.

I tried to email their '@cardsforcharity' address but it came back as undeliverable. PayPal had the correct one '@cfgc'(cards for good causes) which did work!
"Dear cfgc, you advertise as next day delivery, yet 5 days after my order, still waiting!"
I have to thank Caroline for her customer support in sorting out the problem. Very pleased now with the service and products. Can recommend! Regards
I received my order - a bit of paper in a cardboard folder, and NO CARDS!! I have left 3 messages; no one ever answers the phone and no one has ohoned me back. Very disappointed with this company; it was my first order with them, and I liked the choice of cards
This was my FIRST order with CARDS FOR GOOD CAUSES, I was disappointed as I had ordered fragile items which came without a box, as one was for a gift
this is inconvenient when posting, there was no
information on the website. Customer service did
not reply to emails and have brushed off my complaint this does not encourage any future orders.

Good choice of cards and they arrived very quickly. Also like the fact my card purchase raises money for charity.

They sent me the wrong order and then the replacement order did not arrive within the time they said it would. When I rang (during their office hours) I always had to leave a message. Just generally poor customer service. Will probably not use them again.

Lots of choice and good causes. More information about products would be good in a few cases. Two examples are size of mini snow globe and fragrance of one of the pot pouri. The idea to collaborate cards and gifts etc all for good causes is great. I recommend the site to shop and support charities.

Card designs are a little tired but causes worthy. Checkout experience poor as web site sent incorrect info to credit card for authentication which caused payment failure. Reluctantly had to resort to paypal.

I was very impressed that the cards were delivered quickly. I was also delighted with the cards themselves and that I made a small contribution to the work of the charity.

I chose my Christmas cards from a terrific variety of cards and causes from the website. The process was simple and straightforward, followed by prompt delivery. The cards were protectively wrapped and arrived in a robust box.
Highly recommended!

A fab range of cards and gifts for all occasions.
It’s great to be able to choose the charity that you wish to support , or to know that your purchase is helping good causes if you just like the items.
I’ve shopped at the pop up shops before , & now online , online delivery has always been prompt & the goods well packaged.
I’ll definitely be using the website & the pop up shops again.
