Everything went well

I have placed a couple of orders now with card team and have always received them precisely when they said I would what more could you ask I was kept informed of progress of my order by email every step. This site shall become my only source for collecting these cards its just so easy.

I've only requested a few card storage boxes from the Card Team but they've always been quick to send the items out to me. I'm sure they'd do the same with any item. If I ever need to feed my Game of Thrones cards habit again I'll be going to the Card Team!

This set is amazing the art is good especially for the ancient trait cards, I had an amazing box 6 ex/ultra rare and 6 holo foils, I've seen people on youtube pull 9 ultra rares which is amazing, but yeah I had the primal clash booster box for my birthday and that was my very 1st box ever and It was worth the wait for the box I look forward to buying from card team again thanks

After choosing card team for a pre order item due to their policy on getting pre order items out so that they arrive in the post on the release day, I was pleasantly surprised also at a newcomers £5 off to use alongside another promotion. However, not only did my order not arrive on the release day, but there was no communication as to why, or when it would arrive. I sent an email asking for an update, with no reply. A few days later I sent another email, and this time got a reply; however a very generic, templated reply informing me of issues with the supplier, and that their blog had more info and they would be sending a couple of freebies for the trouble. Nice gesture, but too little too late. I have since had an email informing me that my order has been dispatched, and yet I still have not received it. Not only this, but the money was debited from my account way before there was even any communication.
So to sum up: NO communication, taking of my money before they even had the product in stock, very poor customer service.
I am extremely disappointed and will certainly not be using card team again, nor will I be recommending them.

Card Team are a very good website all card collectors, I buy from them frequently and I am always very happy with my purchase. Especially when they include rewards and a points system and they're just very good so I can very much recommend them

Great quality of products, all package intact, fast delivery and the box was well protected.

Cards in excellent condition and very quick delivery.

Products were in great quality and came rather quickly (plan to order again sometime) however in need of a heavy restock for more choice and deletion of cards that won't/can't be.

I was promised this before the weekend, and it was delivered Monday...
