I ordered a booster box which cost £200, according to their website they offer free next day express delivery with any order over £150.

I received an email the same day confirming dispatch and so expected the order to arrive the following day. Due to the order not arriving I emailed the company to check if the item had been dispatched.

To their credit I did receive an email response quickly stating that they had made an error in the packing department, and had posted by 2nd class by accident. I asked how this was possible due to it being automated according to their website to which Parisa said it was just a mistake.

They credited my account with 1000 points which is about £2 worth of spend. This is a 1% discount on the order value, and is the difference in cost of the postage service.

I did receive the box eventually in an OK condition.

Here is why I didn't quite give 5 stars, some constructive criticism -

Your packaging isn't appropriate for posting booster boxes, it was put inside a bubble envelope. You need to post booster boxes inside a box to protect it. Booster packs should be sent in padded envelopes. My box arrived a little beat up and could have potentially been much worse.

Overall I give 4 out of 5 stars and there is a good chance that I will use CardTeam again. If they change how they pack, and be more careful with getting items sent by the correct delivery method; I would award 5 stars.

I bought several singles from cardteam at very affordable prices. Only just found out about their website, wish I had known earlier! Am hoping they restock soon so I can buy lots more card. Delivery was also nice & quick, so a definite 5 stars from me :-)

I couldn't be happier with the service from cardteam, the cards come in mint condition, in plastic sleeves for protection, shipping is really cheap and comes on time, I will be buying fro cardteam again in the future for vangaurd, buddyfight, yugioh and magic the gathering!

Showed items were on stock but they weren't. An item is missing from our order. No response to email or online chat

Card team is a great website for gaming needs great commication and super fast delivery definitely would recommend and use again

So I ordered the booster box and I wanted to use a discount code but it wouldn't let me for some reason so I'm really disappointed. First of all i tried Freeup in the discount code thing and than i tried adding from the website into the cart but it still wouldnt accept the code.

I placed a preorder for Warhammer Conquest on August 28th with Card Team. I recieved no information or updates when the product would be released. On the 4th of October I noticed that the product was in stores. I contacted Card Team who did not respond and put in a PayPal dispute for non delivery. Card Team contacted me and said that my order was delayed and would be dispatched on the 8th. As I paid for next day delivery I expected my product on the 9th. Nothing arrived. After contacting Card Team, they would not ship my order as I had a PayPal dispute. They stated they were unsure what I wanted to do regarding my non delivery. This was a dispute, not a claim for money back, but instead of contacting their customer to find out what went wrong my item was held in limbo. I had to chase up information every step of the way. Their products are priced cheaply, however it seems that you get what you pay for in rewards to poor, cheap customer service. I would not recommend.

you have a really good service: fast and safety. can I ask for something more? I don't think so...

I was very happy to find that Card Team sold Weiss Schwarz products. It was my first venture into the game and by picking up the Kill la Kill Trial Deck I am very much looking forward to my first game!

Good condition, khans of tarkir fat pack, I have nothing to complain about in that regard.
However, the fat pack did arrive at least a week later than advertised. Which was rather disappointing

Pre-Ordered via ebay a Khans of Tarkir fat pack 3 days before release. It came 8 days later than the release date, Pre-Ordering is pointless if you cannot deliver the promise. I was told it was because it was out of stock, well evay policy states you should not sell what you do not have. I am not leaving negative feedback on your ebay because I know you have had some in the past and know what a loss of an account can mean to a business. I was promised a extra booster too compensate for the extra week wait, which i failed too receive to no suprise.

I dont want too appear too be a whinging customer, but the reason for pre-ordering is so I do obtain product before its sold out. Otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. Will not order from again, sorry folks.

I ordered on a Saturday and it was dispatched on Monday, arriving promptly on Thrusday. I am very pleased with the service and will definitely buy from here again.

I bought an M15 Deckbuilders Toolkit, which arrived perfect condition as described. Cardteam had the cheapest selling price that I could find (better than Amazon or any eBay seller I looked at), and sent it First Class, with no cost to me.

I rarely shop outside of stores I've used for years and I was very hesitant to try somewhere new, but my wonderful experience with Cardteam means I'm definitely going to use them again.
