Brilliant training from Katie!

Katie was fab at providing training tailored to our needs and was able to answer all our questions. Very beneficial session and would definitely book with Katie again if we had further training requirements!

THE SYSTEM NEEDS UPDATING TO MAKE WORK EASIER

Care Planner is absolutely beautiful in the eye, easy to use, customer support is superb- James and Alex and the weekend support are just excellent!!! however it is outdated and need to be more integrated PLEASE. I just love care planner so it's difficult to part with it as we need more integrated system to make the work a lot easier.

Whilst I have referred it to others and I keep referring others to Care Planner , there are better and easy systems on the market to make work a lot easier.
I have been using Care Planner for a whilst however I am looking at moving on regretfully as we have to work on forms outside care planner and upload . Also the care is not visible on the carer's phone as they have to download the care plans , risks assessments etc . It's not practical to be honest .

Please update the system and make it more integrated to include risks assessments, incident forms, Medication to be synced with NHS, care plans etc etc etc please look at what others and doing and update the system for us as we really love being with you .

We are a returning client

We are a returning client having had a 2 year break trying another provider, which turned out to be a bad move. Rachael and Katie have been fantastic in getting us back up and running again. The support and training thus far have been excellent. Thanks!

care planner is always a 5 star…

care planner is always a 5 star service, always sorts my problems out in a timely manner, staff are friendly and always on hand to talk to me. Have been with them for 8 odd years, would never go anywhere else. Each year they increase their service to cover everything a Dom care company needs. Charges for the service are great not like other companies who charge extortionate prices. Every time I can, I promote this company online to other companies.

James was very helpful and knowledgeable

James was very helpful and understood exactly what the issue was. It did take a little while for this to be resolved as it wasn't something James could do himself, he had to refer it to a different team, but he kept me updated all the time and always answered my queries quickly.

I liked that it was a good experience…

I liked that it was a good experience and they were very supportive. Brilliant for a small team. A little disappointed with their support team. We reported technical issues and 3 months later nothing had been done. Other than that I would highly recommend
