Nourish care planning is just awful to use .Its difficult to find information quickly ,its not ituitive at all .They keep changing it which just makes things harder .I wish we still had pcs .

The trainer was amazing. Leanne
She really knew her stuff and was very confident.
I have received various training sessions over the years on different packages, but found this one to be easy to understand and follow, they listened and answered every question I had.

I found myself in a difficulty…
I found myself in a difficulty situation as our current provider (not care planner) system had been the victim of a cyber attack. I can't comment on the system as yet but I would like to comment on the wonderful Juliet who I rung and her empathy, delivery , support and speed in assisting me with this matter was immensely impressive. A demo was arrange for later that day with the wonderful Ellye and the way they presented themself and the company is the reason I have joined care planner.

Excellent Support As Standard
I required assistance with setting up some features of Care-Planner. Once again, Rae reponded promptly and setup a call to address the issues. Most important to me is the timeliness of the responses from the care-planner team. It is very reassuring to know that help is always at hand when you need it. Kudos to you all.
