CarePlanner have been readily available for support and troubleshooting our problems. Their staff have been very patient with us and never lost patience or showed any frustration. Since we enrolled with them their staff have helped to set up our system to tailor our needs. Everyone in our organisation is very satisfied and finding it easy to navigate the system.

Easy to use, simple rota layout
I like the system for the simplicity of layout, being able to easily see the customer and carer rotas for the week and manage the different regions we work in on a day by day basis. Whenever I have had to contact the support team they have been able to resolve my query or issue quickly

Best rostering system so far.
After 5 move from different care softwares from cm2k to passsystem, Care planner is the one system that we believe meets our care service demand to delivering quality service to our services users . It is easy to use and the most adaptive system I have come across in my 20 years in care.
It's reduces the staff training/induction time as our new staff get the hang of it at first use, unlike other software that's profit from training of staffs.
Staff support is great, but with a little improvement on response timeframe if reduce to max 2 response time, will make it the greatest.
Overall no fault from our team of over 60 coordinators and 600 care and admin staffs who rate the software as a great care planning and rostering system of the decade.
