Unathorized Credit Card Transaction

Customer service was on the next level. From an Island in the Pacific Ocean the response from this company was just great.
I had an unauthorized transaction that was charged to my card and was told by the credit team that they would not be able to help me but just contact the business directly.
I used the Trustpilot service and it was the perfect choice with a great timely response. The agent that assisted was very helpful and friendly. Despite the terms and conditions of the company on the refunds, membership was cancelled and I was just in aww with the service that was provided. I would give this business a 10 star if it existed.
