Offering useful advice when asking for a cancellation of the service
This review refers only to my experience with the custormer service.
I only know about this company through an email which established that apparently I have suscribed for a membership that I have any knowledge.
The customer service has offered useful advice even though I was calling to cancell their service.
Next steps: writting an email to ask for a refund

Scam I first received an email from this company in my spam box.
My mistake was accidently opened it instead of blocking it. The new email I Said that I am a monthly subscriber. ???? Then I received another saying that they were changing it ???and had taken a membership fee taken from my bank account. Checked . They had but it was pending. then I phoned the bank. They advised that this company had 2 day ago requested funds then did not take them. The Fraud department advised me to email a cancellation.
I then emailed the company to cancel the supposed subscription, got a quick response, to be told it takes 2 weeks to cancel and my subscription they say is due again in 2 weeks will still be requested from my bank account. Also that the money already taken would not be refunded
They might request it they will not get it bank has blocked them. Well done bank. My lesson for the day. Be careful you don't open spam

I tried to buy fake flowers and a vase
I tried to buy fake flowers and a vase, it sounded to good to be true and it was, the kept trying to take money from my credit card which is pending and I have recieved no product. I had to cancel my card and raise a dispute. I suppose I got scammed.
