Best bet is to ring and speak to customer service first otherwise you will not get through. Don't go down the "call back" route it's useless. Once booked the engineer came out on time and did a good job and filled in the boiler service book. Very friendly chap.

Had an issue with my washing machine. It was all checked and I was updated by a plumber who arrived promptly. They are pretty efficient. Thank you.

It was easy to book an Engineer to come out.I received a text confirming a pm slot and then later that day a half hour slot saying they were on their way. Unfortunately the Engineers didn’t arrive and there was no other contact until after 6pm . This was to give a new evening half hour slot. The Engineers arrived and the job fixed which was great. I then got a message to say my job has been rescheduled after the job was complete . So the only problem was the communication or lack of.

The plumber was very professional and carried out the work quickly. He understood what he problem was and fixed it. He also had a pleasant demeanour.

Following excellent response to book an engineer to get our boiler operating, it was mentioned that an electrical check would be advisable. Care Club responded by booking an electrical engineer to ensure that all was totally satisfactory. Very pleased with the whole service.

The lady plumber was prompt, polite and very helpful. She completed the job quickly and also tightened the toilet seat - which I had been unable to do!

The visit was earlier. It was a pleasant surprise.
1) Scott the Locksmiths did a great job. He was pleasant, he explained relevant processes and was very polite.

2) Then the engineer that attended for the boiler asked me, if I am renting or own the property. After my response, I expected him to inform me of his reason for asking. E.g. if there is any maintenance issue that I need to keep an eye on . But he didn't.
