Everything was explained clearly to me. I asked for a return call at a better time and it was booked for 2days later. They phoned me and I was able to take out my insurance for another year. Everything went very smoothly and professionally. Very happy with the end results.

I needed to change my scooter insurance from Mark Bates to Careco. I began a chat on the site, because I am deaf. I gave my wife's phone number, as I was asked if they could speak to somebody.
A very nice young lady phoned my wife, explaining what was needed, and the insurance was changed without a problem.
