Connecting with other career coaches, to share experiences and grow together, was my main reason to join the Career Coach Circle.

I deeply appreciate the way the community is intentionally designed, allowing for growth and connection. It’s warm, fun and supportive.

It's led me to find new ways forward on matters that I was trying to figure out on my own, in both the coaching and business side of my practice. Having input from other coaches made a significant difference and feels a lot lighter too.

The Circle has made me feel welcome and appreciated, a true part of a community.

In terms of investment I’ve already had a potential client through a referral. Equally importantly, I am more confident in my skill level which translates to better coaching - and charging appropriately.

I would love to have even more experienced peers join, and actively recommend the Circle for committed early-stage career coaches, to deepen craft & business, learning from career coaches at all levels.

Being part of this online career coaching community has been a genuinely valuable experience. Coaching can sometimes feel like a lonely path, a bit like being a lone wolf, so finding a space like this feels mission critical to stay motivated and in the game. It’s something I had been looking for, and I’m glad I found it.

As a founding member of Career Coach Circle and an experienced coach myself, I don’t join professional groups lightly. I’ve genuinely appreciated being part of this community. The coaches come from around the world and bring depth and professionalism to their work. What stands out most is how generously people share what they know. Tools, lessons learned, and honest reflections are offered freely.

The online sessions feature respected experts in the careers space and adjacent ones. And the conversations are practical and thought-provoking — I often leave with ideas I can use right away with my clients.

I also value the co-working sessions. They create focus and connection, and it helps to be alongside peers who are committed to doing this work well.

Having recently started my own private career coaching practice, the Career Coach Circle came at the perfect time! I was looking for a community that could offer insights, knowledge sharing and a sense of belonging. The Career Coach Circle offers all of this and more!

It is not only the regular masterclasses (covering things like marketing, coaching techniques and specialist areas such as using AI) that make it such a worthwhile investment, it is the sharing of ideas from the other members of the community. You very quickly feel part of a supportive group of likeminded people who all want you to succeed.

My approach to marketing as a coach has been positively shaped by my membership of the group. It is incredible value and I would thoroughly recommend it to any experienced and newly qualified coach.

Firework's original Fireside Chats were always so valuable to me in the development of my practice and I was excited when they announced an on-line community especially for career coaches.

The content is of the highest quality, as you'd expect of Firework, and it's super relevant and wide-ranging. The other coaches are supportive and generous and you can go on at any time to ask or share or ponder an idea! The moderation is just right too.

There's nothing else like it out there; it's been really valuable to me, helping keep my offer fresh and also just knowing you're not alone, which is something solo coaches, new or experienced, can definitely struggle with.

I decided to join Career Coach circle as a way of connecting to a like-minded community but also to ensure i continue to grow as a career coach.

It has absolutely met my expectations. Richard and the team are agile about what they bring to us, regularly asking for our input, but equally have enough experience to bring valuable resources, webinars and subject matter to us.

Since being part of the circle I feel even more passionate about my practice and the challenges we’re solving, and more empowered to make decisions about where to focus my resources. It’s been extremely good value for money in my view in light of the insights, learning, connections and community I’d be trying to build organically without it.
