As someone with ADHD, finding training that truly holds my attention and keeps me engaged can be a challenge, but this has been a completely different experience.

Having gone through the programme and continuing to be supported by the team, and I am a member of the Career Coach Circle, I can honestly say it’s been the best training and ongoing support I’ve ever experienced. Everything has been engaging, interesting, and genuinely enjoyable to be part of.

As a career change coach and consultant, I aim to provide a next-level service to my clients as they navigate a career transition.

Firework was the obvious choice to help me enhance my existing framework with additional career change tools and techniques. Firework is a well-established training programme with 20 years of experience in this area - I was particularly interested in their approach to generating and testing career ideas, something career changers often struggle with.

Firework didn’t disappoint. In fact, I would say it was one of the best investments I ever made in my coaching and business. Since doing the programme in Spring 2021, the training continues to benefit me and my practice.

In addition to helping my clients make a successful career change, the programme helped me in clearly identifying the direction I wanted to take my business going forward, as well as in terms of sales and marketing. It gave me increased confidence in what I was offering and an expanded skill-set as a career change coach. I love that I’m trained in a wide range of tools that are unique to Licensed Firework career coaches. That’s a tremendous asset in a crowded market.

Doing Firework also expanded my network. I’ve made great friends and the Firework team continue to be a source of inspiration and support. I have given and received peer coaching from other Firework coaches and my coach supervisor is a Firework coach as well. You know that if someone has done this programme they’re very committed to their own practice and have high standards.

Finally, a note about the experience of doing the programme. I have a 20-year background in education teaching psychology at third level and I cannot compliment the team enough on how well the programme was delivered. They brought an energy to the sessions that I haven’t encountered elsewhere - the sessions were fun, accessible and incredibly well organised. Every aspect of the admin and support was well-managed too.

What would I say to anyone hesitating about investing in Firework? This programme will give you knowledge and a skill-set that will stand by you and your coaching practice for years. It will build your confidence and increase your ability to sell and market your services. The tools will be useful for your clients, as well as your own career and business. What are you waiting for?!

Firework is the go-to resource for career coaches. One year into my business I completed the training and it both improved my confidence and helped me grow my business. In addition to the core programme there is a fantastic community and regular on-going CPD which is invaluable to keep my skills fresh.
