Not as easy to apply as expected.
The plastic 'drawing pin' doesn't always break off smoothly leaving a sharp point. There must be a better way - some kind of stapling device perhaps. Still a lot faster than sewing or ironing on though.

Labels arrived promptly
Labels arrived promptly. Nice clear printing. However, some of them came off as soon as I had put them on. I think this was because I didn't press on a hard enough surface, so that's something to keep in mind. It means I can't use some of the labels as no extra spikes and buttons were provided. Also, the labels do tend to curl up in the wash, so they can go unnoticed by care home staff.

Revolting service!
I ordered labels and they were sent to the wrong address, as I hadn't received them, I contacted the company and was assured that the labels would be resent immediately. This was nearly 4 months ago and we still have not received them!!! I would never order from this company again!!

I am so shocked to read your review. Back in July you emailed me as you hadn't received your labels and once I checked your shipping address you realised that you had in fact put your old address on. We tried to assure you that wasn't a problem as we would simply resend, free of charge, a new set even though it wasn't our error as everyone makes mistakes, so I am very confused why you are so unhappy with our service.

Labels are fine, but packaging is not clearly marked as to type, how difficult would it be to put a label on the bags to identify what's what?
