The labels arrived exactly as ordered and within three days (first class post). I had forgotten that first class post was within three days so had rung up on day 2 to enquire. A very helpful lady (Emma) dealt with my call, very good customer service.

Great Company
I've used them for a while now but there was a problem with my last order as they did not spell my mother's name correctly. I phoned and spoke to someone extremely helpful and apologetic. Replacement labels arrived by first class post the next day. Can't fault the company at all and labels good quality and survive lots of washes through care home machines.
