I have to edit my review because annoying pop up to review has stopped ( probably because you force me to review before I even get to use my purchase) once I actually get to use the plan and it gives me the discounts I paid for then I will update my review again.

Service Reps I spoke with were fine; my call to Cigna Helthspring was to inquire about Dental, & I purchased a plan today... then realized my Cigna Dental Plan I had previously purchased was effective into 2027... Disappointed that the rep I initially spoke with did not notice/see & advise me my plan was still effective... Requested reimbursement. GL
