People are willing to work with you. I ordered a scooter and had problems with getting a larger seat which was on back order. Not by fault of Care Motion but the manufactory The wait was over six weeks long so I ask for a refund and with no questions ask, had my refund back in just minutes.
Also have been kept updated on the seat which was extended. I would recommend Care Motion to any one.

I was so happy to recive. My scooter when i tecived it charged it then turned it on being new to it i didnt k ow what to expect the back up lights were on so there the alarm was on i couldnt figure out how to turn it off like wise the alarm so icalled customer service they call me right back and answered my questions I was very pleased with it thank you very much Christine beaird

Unit has design flaws in placement of speed control on lowest speed setting when starting up it wants to do a wheelie seems unstable at higher speeds. Probably would not have purchased if I had tested

After receiving my care motion Scooter I have found a few things that could be improved on.1. The front could use some weight to keep front from coming up on a slope.2. It could use stable bars so it would not feel like it would tip over going in a turn.3. The seat could be more cushioned for comfort.4 All of these features could be fixed for a better outdoor scooter. My sole purpose is to be able to be outside more and feel more freedom as I have difficulty walking. Since the pulling power is in front, the wheels need to stay on ground. This is the best money I have spent since my stroke. Now I can go shopping with my daughter without a wheelchair. This company has a scooter to fit any ones needs.

Staff on phone helpful. Had issues with delivery-notified Care Motion and received prompt intervention while keeping me updated during the process.

WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN OWNERS MANUEL NOR A REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE.

I ordered online and they called me to make sure I was ordering the best chair for me. She explained how it would arrive, what I should do and assembling the chair. It worked just like she said and was a great help to me on our vacation. I was able to see many things I would have missed without it.

Quick service but no one contacted me when there was a delay even though I was told that someone would call took me leaving a voice mail sending emails to get someone to respond that is the only complaint I have
