Works as expected

Care Motion's website is easy to navigate. Ordering is simple and shipping is very fast. I am extremely pleased with the scooter and wheeled walker that I bought. Great bargains !! Will definitely order again, when needed

This is a good company and their products are great.

Way too expensive for what I received, I paid the extra money for it to have the electric braking system, but I am unable to use them at all, I paid for a canopy that was extra and it won't go on my scooter. I asked for help and no one ever got back to me. Your after purchase customer service is horrible. Now I am stuck with this monster that I can't use and I trying to sell to re-coop some of my loss. I still owe $1,000 on it and it is sitting in the middle of my livingroom / diningroom and I'm furious because I recommended you to several people.

I had the worst experience I have ever had buying . I have told all of my friends not to shop with Care Motion. From the min. I received my cart it was a big problem , to many problem to list , totally unsatisfied with the way I was treated . Never again would I shop with Care Motion.

Everyone who sees my scooter wants one for themselves. I tell them where I got mine. Very satisfied with the purchase. These scooters don't look like an older persons scooter.....they look like something new and fun. As you know, I bought 3 of them.

Had a small problem with my reverse. They sent a repair man to my house with in one week. Parts and labor were covered and I was on my way. I love my scooter!

The service was wonderful even when you called via phone to make payments very nice and they would send me my confirmation on the payment and everyone was very careful and what they did

I love it all for the exception of the power handle as soon as you barely turn it you take off too fast and you can't just slow it down with the power feed you got it it just shut you down so throw you forward when you try to slow down and throws you
backwards I think that part of it is dangerous and you could fall off. I asked how to fix that and got no reply

Got a new scooter and was not working properly. After several calls to my care motion rep. and then him calling the manufacturer, and replacing almost the whole scooter drive and elec. system I am happy and glad my care motion rep. was on the phone to manufactorer bidding my case to repair.
