The order was processed correctly and arrived when scheduled

Once I found CareProdx and it's great selection of shower chairs, including portable folding shower chairs, I couldn't wait to order my chair. We've been doing a lot of traveling lately, and handicapped accessible hotel rooms tend to be small because the bathroom is large to accommodate a wheelchair. I don't need a large bathroom, and the ones with seats in the shower are difficult to find. I use a regular shower chair at home, but I needed one I could take on the road. CareProdx has the perfect solution. I ordered mine on Monday and it was here by Friday, in plenty of time for our next trip. The product performed up to my expectations, and I would recommend this company and it's products to anyone who needs portable, folding shower chairs!

They said delivery in 7-10 days and it was here in half that. The shower bench was exactly what they said it would be. Would have no problem buying from careprodox.Com again.

I had seen the product at another site for a great price, but the customer service was not so good. On the other hand Nancy (careprodx) was great, but the price was not good. I worked with Kelly and Tim to negotiate a better price, but the best and final price didn't come until I sent them the discounted price advertised by rehabmart.

We purchased a shower chair for our disabled son and found it to be of decent quality and dealing with this vendor has been seamless.

This was the first time I had used this company. Customer service was outstanding and easy to order and track our shipment.

Sold a part that were discontinued, still took the money from the account and never informed us. Only found out because I was trying to find out why a free 2-day shipment was still not delivered after 6 days. Then took a bit to get a refund. However, they did give us the refund, it just took a bit to for them to get it to us.

The rollers don't keep the chair from sliding on the floor

Delivered quickly but product required way more than "some assembly" and product description was not entirely accurate.

I needed the product in a week and got it within the week. Very good product.

I like the easy installation. The end caps don't mold exactly to the shower pan but come close. Had to use silicone to finish the job.

Chair opening is too large. Size description should have had a minimum weight as well as a maximum. A smaller chair should have been available to order.

We had reached out to several companies requesting quotes for an ADA compliant commercial door entry system for the front of our public building. CareProdx.com was the ONLY company that called us in follow-up to our initial on-line quote request to ask additional questions regarding the use of the secondary entrance door (we have double hinged entry doors), so that the quote would be for what we actually needed, not what they thought we needed.

We only received 5 quotes back total from the various companies (some never even responded...yikes), and although CareProdx.com was not the lowest quote (they were actually the second lowest), their complete service and excellent follow-up are what made us decide to go with them. We were not disappointed with our decision; after submitting our order and providing payment, the service did not go away. They continued to follow up on each step of the process to make sure that we were taken care of, that they delivered exactly what they promised for the rate promised, and that our questions were answered all the way through the end.

It's remarkable how difficult it is to find that level of service these days, nonetheless with such competitive pricing. This company has the best of both worlds.
