Highly recommend
I have worked placements and directly with Sue for over a year now, and it is an absolute pleasure. Sue is very considerate and caring of her carers, very specific to match client/carer and always goes the extra mile. It is a breath of fresh air to work for an agency that looks after carers/clients with such passion. Highly recommend!

Care for my elderly mother post surgery
Sue and Kim gave my family an excellent level of service in finding the right live-in carer for my mother post surgery. Bridget was a superb match and had the benefit for us of being a fully qualified nurse who could change my mother's wound dressings and monitor her 24/7. Bridget was outstanding and I would happily recommend the service provided by CareSisters.

Outstanding care
Sue , Wendy and their team of carers are outstanding. They cared for my mother with ovarian cancer for almost ten years, showing her expert care, friendship and dignity right to the very end. I cannot raté them highly enough.

Excellent in-house 24x7 care provided for my mother
Sue (and Noelle) have both cared for my mother at home since October 2018. My mother has moderate Alzheimer’s, which is slowly heading to severe, and myself and my siblings are delighted with the level of care Sue provides. We evaluated CareSisters (based on a personal recommendation from a good friend of ours) vs 2 large nationwide providers when we were looking for in-house care back in 2018, and we are very pleased that we appointed Sue and her small agency. We really like the continuity of care provided and the personalisation suited specifically for my mother. When Sue needs a break, Noelle takes over. Both are excellent. I cannot recommend CareSisters highly enough.
