I have used the web chat function twice…
I have used the web chat function twice and received no response within the timeframe suggested when it said I would receive a response. I have also attempted to call the team and received no response via a phone number I found online. I would like to know more about the pricing structure so that we can potentially claim our profile and utilise your service. I have yet to have any success having a conversation via email or on the phone with a member of your team.
