You need to package the goods better
You need to package the goods better. I bought leave-in conditioner from you and when the package arrived the contents had leaked out. Tape the spray cap and use bubble wrap inside the box so the bottles are protected. It's not fun when the bottles are empty.

Got a HUGE discount on a very expensive perfume that i love. It arrived safe and sound. Plus i was able to track it throughout. I was a bit worried because of seeing a few negative comments here but I could not be more delighted!

If you are in Switzerland please be aware that you will pay expensive customs 'fees. It may be written somewhere, but not at the check out. At the end, you are paying a much higher price for the products. The order will take very long to arrive.
