They do not respect timeframe for delivery which is indicated on their website at the moment of purchase. Once you buy a product and delivery is delayed, parcel is lost and not-delivered, Carethy doesnt take the responsability and refuses to refund you or send a replacing product instead.
They of course choose the cheapest and unreliable currier services once they ship parcels in Europe, so the probability of this happening is high.
I have spent 60 euros at Carethy, I have never received the parcel and once reached out to Customer Service, they refused to do anything. They claim you have 14 days to submit your claim. However, if the parcel is delayed, most of this timeframe is spent by you waiting to see if your parcel will be delivered.
The Customer Service is useless.

They do not respect their delivery timeframes which they indicate at the moment of purchase. Once the package is delayed, not delivered, lost, they don't assume responsability and refuse to refund you or provide new product.
They of course choose the cheapest, unreliable currier service.
I have paid 60 euros for product I have never received and Carethy refuses to refund me oflr provide new product, claiming you have 14 days to make your complaint. However, if the delivery is delayed and then it never arrives, you spend those 14 days waiting to see if delivery will ever happen.
The Customer Service is completely useless.

We’re sorry for the frustration this situation has caused. According to the tracking information, the order shows as delivered on 28/11. We did not receive any notification from you about a delivery issue until 06/01, well after the delivery date.
When an order is marked as delivered, it’s essential for us to be informed as soon as possible if there is any problem, so we can open an investigation with the courier within the allowed timeframe. Unfortunately, contacting us more than a month later limits the actions we can take with the carrier.
