THE WORSE!
The worse! one star is far too much to rate!
I did a course too many times and after numerous attempts to contact you guys through your support portal since Aug 14. 2022 I have not gotten a response to date (Sept 20.2022).
Without knowing what to do because I really needed to complete the course I went ahead and purchased another certificate in hopes of starting over, the money was taken from my account and I did not receive a new certificate to complete. I made numerous attempts to reach out to you guys tried emails and researching a contact number for you but there was none. You guys have not tried to reached out to me to state wether a refund will be given nor will I receive a new certificate to complete. This is outter foolishness and I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend anyone to do ANY course on this website!

I require the certificate to be dated!
It it of no use or recognition without it regrettably.
Not worth the time or money if the certificate has no indication on which date the certificate was issued or the course was completed.
Deeply saddened that nobody has replied to tireless emails sent asking for help this week
Can you provide this urgently?
Can you provide confirmation of a completion date for the 15 modules i did this year?
I have tirelessly tried several reach outs via email etc to no avail thus far
I trust someone will get back to me with a reply soonest?
I really hope this can be remedied.
