Order cancellation policy isnt cool. Make sure to check and cancel subscriprion as they'll make it for you. Got charged and now stuck with refills I dont want.

I have ordered many times from this company before. The website is easy to use & orders are easy to put in.
The new Malibu sun lotion scent is just amazing & has become my new favourite scent! Really smells like the real thing.
The delivery is fast, usually within a few days. Everything is well packaged also. The perfume scents are very similar and last a long time. Would highly recommend.

Had this in my car for a while however came undone and caused damage to my seats due to the oil... also wasted money as it was barely empty!

Be warned, I went to cancel my subscription today as I have too many refills now. There's no possible way to cancel on the site. Have sent a email requesting cancellation but what a joke to not be able to do it on your account like it says you can on the FAQs, definitely avoid

Edit, I contacted carfume asking for advice on what to use to help remove it. Was told baking soda and unfortunately it hasn’t made any difference.

The fragrance was lovely but unfortunately it leaked and left a stain I can’t remove on my newly purchased car. I followed all the instructions correctly. It must of been dripping for a while before I noticed.
Sadly I won’t being buying oil based products anymore for my car fragrances.

Honestly the only car airfreshners I'll use, always had great customer service with any issues. But the scents these guys make smell better than the original thing and long lasting too from there hangers to there surge cans.. no one else out there, and there detailing brushes are good quality also the mini hoover has incredible power for something so small

Great products. I’ve used these for a long time and love them. They are not overpowering and just create a lovely fragrance for my car, I’ve recently bought them as giftsets for birthdays and they to down a treat.

The mini eggs smell ok, however the bottle leaked and caused significant damage to the dashboard due the chemical reaction

I wish I had read the reviews here before I ordered. Bought the 3 deal of Hawaiian Tropic, zero smell for the first week or so, then noticed the wood at the top was absolutely saturated ready to drip at any given time, wiped it away with a tissue and then noticed the oil has leeched up into the rope it hangs from and was melting the plastic at the back of my rear view mirror!!! By the time I removed it my hands were covered in oil which I had to wipe over tissue and my trousers so it didn’t damage my steering wheel. Absolutely awful product. Checked reviews here and can see they cause untold damage to peoples cars. I fortunately had mine in an inconspicuous place so can’t see the damage but would be different if I wasn’t in the car when if decided to drip down into the interior below! I emailed two days ago requesting a return of the two unused products and a full refund, which I think is more than fair, I’ve not requested any payment for the damage to the mirror housing, no response has been given. Looking at the replies here it’s clear this company can’t handle criticism and blame the customer for the product being poor quality. These should be banned in my opinion as the damage is costly. I still want a refund when the person who seems to loiter here more than on their customer services reads this review, otherwise I’ll contact my bank to chargeback the payment as the goods aren’t fit for purpose and I believe my request is very reasonable given the circumstances. Bought the Hawaiian tropics bundle and they smell insane! Delivery was sooo quick and I got it in my car asap, very strong summery scent! Look forward to getting in my car everytime now :)

Good delivery, I was kept up to date when my item was arriving , the car air freshener was lovely, smelt amazing, reminds me of holidays and laying by the sea.

Followed the instructions. If you sniff the actual product you can smell nail varnish remover but as for it giving off a scent, nothing.

I bought the alien air freshener it’s the best I’ve ever had. You can’t tell the difference from the actual perfume. I bought my daughter and her boyfriend one each they love theirs.

Carfume is so lovely their car scents are beautifully amazing smell so Devine, they are a lovely company to do collabs with. I really enjoyed making content for them. High recommend Natasha x

Quite possibly the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, and an equally brilliant product to go with it.

This was my first order, and when I hit a snag I reached out for help. Enter Jeff: an absolute legend. He not only fixed the issue at lightning speed, he got everything back on track with total ease. Honestly, every company with a customer service team should be taking notes. A huge thank you from me to my Jeff.

Now, onto the mini egg Carfume I ordered, wow. It’s gorgeous. Driving with this scent makes me hungry and genuinely tempted to start licking the air. It’s that good. It’s limited edition too, which is dangerous, because next time it drops I’ll be ordering far more than three. I need a stockpile.

The mini egg spray smells nothing like mini eggs and when u complain they just say it does when it literally doesn’t!! And seems to be lots of reviews on this so obviously everyone agrees but the customer service don’t want to refund on falsely advertised things (like the mini egg spray not smelling anything like mini eggs! Won’t ever order from here again , no one bother. They say that smells are subjected to how everyone smells them but there are many reviews about how big the mini egg is and how it doesn’t smell anything like mini egg - they only reply to these reviews to pretend they did something about it when they did nothing and were rude.

As nice as these air fresheners smell I will never order from them again. The customer service is terrible, when you purchase from them it automatically signs you up for a subscription every 3 months which I didn’t know about until the funds were taken from my account. I have since cancelled the subscription.
My mum and I between us have emailed carfume 3 times asking if I could return the products and have a refund as I’m a student and can’t afford. First time on the 2/03/26, 2nd time 5/03/26, and 3rd time 9/03/26 (2nd and 3rd from my mums phone) it’s now the 11/03/26 and still had no response whatsoever. There’s no telephone number to call otherwise I would have tried that avenue too.
