I knew what I wanted, most (not all!) of the sales staff could not careless about what you want! They need to sell you a warranty and some crazy paint protection system. Purchasing a Germany not more than 3 years old........what kind of paint protection haven't the Germans already added!
Both were declined, sales of goods act, is the protection I know I have. I will get the car independently checked, and move forward from there.
Good choice of cars........at good prices! But do your homework....know what you want and what you are looking for.

Sales adviser was extremely helpful and patient with me. He explained everything I needed to know clearly to me and answered all the questions or concerns I had. He made the whole process go a lot smoother for me yesterday and I am very pleased.

Very impressed by the great choice of cars, we believed we find the right car an Audi A5 at the right price, but from the moment we arrived it seemed as if it was an effort to get any sort of service, even the basics were just too much, I asked 2 people in the sales reception for a test drive and waited over 1 hr. just to be told the first guy forget and went to lunch instead, the second guy needed us to confirm we were going to place a deposit once we returned from the drive before he allowed us to drive the vehicle, in the end my wife and I decided to leave as he became rude and kept demanding that we would have to purchase if we had a drive. It was my intentions to buy on the day, but didn’t like the hard sale. Absolute the worst car buying experience that I have ever had, will not be returning.
