SCAM - they lie to get you to buy full report
Do not use! Basic report lied and in black and white said "Warning! This vehicle has previously been sold though a salvage auction and has likely been involved in an insurance claim though accident damage, stolen or flood water damage. Purchase a report below to see more details."
Purchased the full report for £9.99 only for that report to say "There is no record of this vehicle on our salvage register." Absolute scam lying to make you pay a tenner to just tell you actually no its not been scrapped!

Very misleading offers of free this and…
Very misleading offers of free this and free that, but when you get into the detail it is wrong. I used a car I know to see if it was just one car and most of the detail that is right is what you can get from the DVLA for free anyway. Not worth spending a cent on this.

Wish I'd checked here first
Ordered and paid for a check. Got the email to confirm email address, but when clicking on this I receive an error saying email address not verified. Now in a position where I have been charged, but cannot log in to access report. I have contacted support but received no reply. In short, I'm going to have to go via the bank to try and get a refund.

They advertise unlimited HPI checks in a monthly I bought the package thinking I would get unlimited HPI checks but instead there is only 2 for £10.99. I messaged customer service and they were very helpful and helped me out and gave me a refund. I would recommend their HPI checks as they are good but be careful you know what you are buying
