Wow! We claimed! Simple Process and Fast Payment
Wow, I can't believe how great this experience has been. Had to claim following a trip to Italy, someone scratched the car while parked. We got home on the Saturday, went online on Sunday and filed the claim. Process was simple, most time was spent gathering all the required docs to upload from the various emails from the car hire company. It was a Bank Holiday here on the Monday and by Thursday the money had been paid to our bank account. No Quibbles, easy process and fast payment. Gold standard as far as I'm concerned.

we have always used carhireexcess to cover hire cars when on holiday and recently have taken out the yearly cover which is great value.
We have had to use the cover once and it was great service and recovered all the money from the claim
