This was an absolute bait and switch…
This was an absolute bait and switch with this company. They do a soft credit check multiple times with me and tell me I'm at 5.5% for 60 months and then all the sudden after a load advisor calls you and spend 30 minutes wasting your time and having you upload documents they come back until it's 9.5. and then her only argument is that was at 12%. Absolutely ridiculous because that was 3 years ago and of course the rates were high. My credit score is 700 with Experian. These guys are rip offs I would stay away. What I suggest doing is just figuring out where your credit score is best on the three credit platforms and then reverse engineer which company uses that particular one. This was such a waste of time ( continued 4/15/26 after response from thenm) this was an automated response and did not address ANYTHING I mentioned about the bait and switch BS that goes on and the lack of english speaking people. you deserve ZERO stars after this response since you tried to through marketign into it!

They don’t respond your own time even if they did background check hard inquiry . It’s been 3 weeks. I don’t recommend To Work with them.

I felt like the interest rate went up
I felt like the interest rate went up. Y’all tried to explain it, but to no avail the bottom line it says that I have a higher interest rate than what I was quoted. I was approved for I just got a car financed with Randolph Brooks., and I got quoted a right and at the end of the contract, my rate was the same
