The whole process using Car Keys Solutions has been amazing! The initial enquiry response was almost immediate (8pm at night) and was dealt with so efficiently, it was a breath of fresh air.
The actual key replacement was professional, quick and super efficient.

Excellent fitter, poor scheduling
When I contacted them, I got a booking the same day, in the afternoon. Then I got a call to say it would be the next day. The next morning, I got a call to say my slot would be later and then another, later still and then another to say it wound be 18.45, after dark.
When he arrived the fitter was brilliant. He had the right replacement remote with him and cut a key to suit my warn ignition lock. He was skilful and knowledgeable.First class.

My mother was having issues with her…
My mother was having issues with her auto key and sometimes couldn't turn the engine off when out shopping. Nissan no longer manufacture the key, so after checking and finding your company, they came to my Mum's house and repaired the key barrel and gave new keys. My Mum is very happy and so am I. Firstly, my enquiry was for a replacement of a “ blade” key with no buttons , on the day it was made I received a call from the guy saying that the cost was £150 ( which was the price we agreed when I booked it) and an additional £200 for what I do not know? I said it is not what we agreed and he said he would speak to the management , I said yes you do that.

The CKS team were very helpful and prompt. the engineer that visited had technical issues but persevered and sorted my key. Communication was great. I don’t ever want to lose my key again, but if I do, I’ll defo use these guys again!

Kate was extremely helpful and explained the Ghost installation process very clearly, which gave me the confidence to go ahead with the installation. I had previously tried another company, but they were unable to install it on my car and told me it wasn’t compatible for HONDA HRV 2022. I contacted a few other places and received the same response. However, Stefan took on the challenge and successfully completed the installation. Stefan is a real asset to your company. His work is excellent, highly professional, and it’s clear he truly knows his job. He did an exceptional job, and I am extremely satisfied. He also took the time to clearly explain how everything works.I would definitely recommend Car Key Solutions to anyone. Absolutely exceptional service — 5 stars!
