First it was impossible to track…
First it was impossible to track shipment. I ordered 2 identical pendants; one looked like image but second one was a blob that looked like it melted in the smelter. Cheap quality, one chain was broken. Amazon sells same for $11 and Carla's on sale for $30. She probably gets them wholesale from Amazon and sells them. Buyer beware.

Low quality, no response from customer service
I purchased a ring and bracelet. When I received the items neither seemed to be as good a quality as what they seemed to be in pictures. I contacted the support through email multiple times to get a refund, but never got any response. The email listed on their website is incorrect, but I had the correct email because they contacted me with updates before receiving the order. I do not recommend this company to anyone!

Poor quality. Took too long only to realize merch came from a foreign country. Merch came in damaged and quality is more like children’s jewelry. After several emails to get a refund they keep trying to sell me more. Totally dissatisfied.
