Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am sorry to hear about the issues that you have had with finding a new lease.
I have spoken to Jonathon and the team and they have advised that during the application process for you they were advised by the funder that you had already been approved with another broker. This caused a delay in us being able to process your application as they are not able to have two applications for the same customer on the same vehicle from separate brokers at one time.
Unfortunately, due to this delay the original stock we were quoting on became unavailable. Due to the nature of the industry, we are unable to secure a car until the finance application is approved, and as you weren't yet at that stage of the process it did lead to us having to requote based on what was available for you.
Available stock did have different support from the funder / manufacturer and this contributed to the change in quoted price. However, our team has advised that you wanted to add the option of metallic paint. This is a cost extra to the originally advertised price, and did contribute significantly to the jump in price from our originally quoted figures. I apologise if it was not fully explained to you about the associated costs with adding metallic paint to the vehicle.

Darren is very supportive and informative when you are searching for your new car. Even though the car I wanted wasn’t in stock, it doesn’t seem to put down stars for that reason. It’s the customer service at the end of the day!
