I ordered a laptop bag and a wallet…

I ordered a laptop bag and a wallet more than a months ago and I still haven't received it. I keep getting emails about change in warehouse so the order will be delayed. Then another email that they can't do the engraving as the new warehouse doesn't have the capabilities and just today after a month of placing the order I got an order cancelation as the item is not a stock was a joke

Simply amazing customer service!

The airline damaged my bag and only provided partial compensation. I reached out to Carl Friedrik, explaining that I couldn’t afford to buy a new one at full price but that I really loved the suitcase. They offered a solution that allowed me to get the suitcase back without incurring any extra costs. Their customer service was exceptionally responsive—one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I’m a fan.

No Shipping Update or Customer Support Response

I placed an order for my luggage two weeks ago (Order #6281285), but I have yet to receive any updates regarding the shipping status. Additionally, my attempts to contact customer support have gone unanswered.

Reliable shipping is crucial—particularly when travel is involved—and unfortunately, this delay and lack of communication suggest otherwise.

At this point, I am still waiting for any update or resolution. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this company if timely delivery is important to you.

Great customer service w/ Paula

The main reason I am writing this feedback is because of the work and willingness the customer service rep - Paula did for me.
From the beginning I had a small dilemma with my new purchased briefcase from Carl Friedrik. I explained my issues and concerns, she was polite and empathetic. She was detailed and always made sure to follow up. To extent that on one occasion, I didn't respond to one of her emails for 2 days because I didn't know I had a response from her. She emailed me on the 3rd day to "follow up, because she hadn't heard from me", she informed me that she responded 2 days ago and it may have went to my spam. Sure enough, she was right & I never knew. Taking those small extra steps to really not let the matter fall behind meant so much to me besides the obvious, which was assisting me with the importance of the situation at hand.
Paula and I exchanged multiple emails, and she helped me get to a great solution.
I even informed her as well another feedback on her work ethic, that this was my 1st purchase with the brand. But because of her alone I see myself being a repeat customer for sure!
Months ago I reached out to the brand in hopes of even collaborating on some products since I also have social media/ youtube acct. & I was really interested in receiving some products from the brand because I really liked some of their designs. I never heard back, it honestly was a bit off putting. I wasn't sure I was even going to order with the brand at all. All I wanted was some conversation on the possibility, even if they would have said (no). But no real response I didn't like.
So to fast forward, I still bought the briefcase with my own money and ran into a small issue. But she kept the whole ordeal positive and polite and respectful.
So thanks to PAULA FOR ALL HER HELP AND CARE. and if anyone has the luck to get her as a representative, they are in good hands.!!

Above expectations

I have made two purchases from Carl Fredrick. There was a slight error on the second but Morgan and the team at Carl Friedrik responded fast and went beyond expectations. The quality of the products and the excellent customer service has earned them a lifelong customer.

Fantastic Customer service

About 1 year ago i purchased a large check in suitcase returning to the USA in Jan this year it was damaged and the Carl Friedrik team replaced the suitcase immediately.

Warranty Claim

Paula, the customer support representative that I worked with, was extremely helpful with a warranty claim. She provided several options for me, going forward. She was timely in her email responses, and provided valuable information. This type of customer service, as well as the warranty on their products, takes Carl Friedrik way above it’s competitors (not to mention the beautiful luggage).

Great product, great service

I travel a lot. I purchased my luggages from Carl Friedrick 3 years ego and had lots of millage from it. When I had a problem with a check-in they addressed it by replacing quickly and with no hassle the luggages. Service was very friendly. I can't be happier. I highly recommend the brand for the quality of ils products and for its impeccable service.

Return and exchange

I got two of the same briefcase as christmas present I absolutely love it. Such good quality so beautiful and functional. I wanted to return one and exchange for a carryon. I had little to no paperwork but Ariana helped make it so easy. Just waiting for carryon to be delivered

Avoid

I placed an order with Carl Friedrik (Order Number: 6277728) and was deeply disappointed with the handling of my purchase. Despite clear delivery instructions to ensure the package was handed directly to me, it was left unattended outside the delivery address.

Initially, Carl Friedrik informed me that the package had been successfully delivered and signed for. However, video evidence from the delivery address clearly shows that the package was left outside without my signature or presence. This leaves serious questions about the reliability of the delivery process and the validity of the proof of delivery.

When I raised this issue with Carl Friedrik, their response was dismissive. They shifted responsibility to the courier service and suggested I file a claim with local authorities or the courier, despite consumer protection laws stating that the retailer is responsible until the goods are in the customer's possession.

Although I provided evidence to support my claim, including the video, Carl Friedrik has declined to issue a refund or offer an adequate resolution, citing their policies and internal investigations. This has left me feeling unsupported and unfairly burdened with resolving an issue that arose from their delivery process.

I would advise others to consider this experience when choosing to order from Carl Friedrik, as my experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

While we appreciate the video you submitted, upon reviewing the muted footage we believe that it shows that communication with the courier took place upon delivery.
Unfortunately, you were unable to provide further footage of the package being stolen from your doorstep, which limited our ability to resolve the matter in your favour.

We also extended an offer to send you a replacement order at no further cost, which you declined.

Case was delivered damaged (production issue), and then they offer 10% off - when on Black Friday they'll offered 30% for undamaged stock.

Go elsewhere - they mess you around on returning the damaged case - you have to drop it off at Yodel........
