Nice boots but slow delivery
Ordered the Maffei taupe ankle boots in the sale. Love the boots but delivery was slow. In the small print it does say 2-9 days for UK delivery. Paid on 8/1 and only despatched on 13/1. Received 15/1.

Disappointing as they sold the boots without checking stock
Found boots I was looking for and placed an order as they were in stock. I was wondering a few days later when they were going to be delivered. I then received a long email saying the stock they had was damaged and they couldn’t locate the same boots in their stockists.

No update on when order was on way actually had to phone after a week of order as money had left my account & did not know if my boots had been dispatched. I received a notification to say they were on their way 2days after receiving them

Excellent service
The delivery was prompt and I was kept up-to-date. I had to return the boots but this went smoothly and I was refunded without delay. As the service was so good even though the boots weren’t suitable on this occasion I would order again.
