I want to especially highlight the memorable customer service experience. I had to return my pair and ask for another in half a size bigger. The whole process, starting from assessing the current fit on the first pair and agreeing on the next choices up until the delivery of the final, well fitting pair, was characterised by reliable, detailled, patient and quick responses from multiple people of Carmina's customer service team. Thus, I felt well guided and in good hands since the start of my request. The fact that the first return for EU customers is free made the entire procedure very smooth. I am yet to properly break in the shoes and cannot comment on the wearing comfort based on long experience but after two short walks so far I'm feeling fairly comfortable and certainly enjoy the attention to detail that went into crafting this aestetically as well as functionally pleasing piece of footwear. A clear recommendation from me!

I have been watching a lot of YouTube videos on the quality of Carmina shoes and was motivated to buy one and when it came I was amazed by the quality and detail to standard of the boot and this made me to immediately order a second pair. This has just arrived and am impressed now considering getting another pair.

Fits great, looks right with suits and tailored pants. More style forward with jeans. If you wear Meermin's hiro last in size 8E (standard width) UK, the simpson last fits in the same size great (on me), just hugs the foot closer and better. Don't know much about leather but the black box calf in person the grain looks very fine/smooth (which is good) and when the leather eventually creases, it rolls nicely.

I have been buying Carmina shoes since a visit to Barcelona back in 2018. I bought 3 pairs of shoes on that trip and love the build quality and beautiful shape. I consider myself lucky to be able to afford them.

I live in Singapore and purchased multiple pairs of Carmina shoes this year. Some fit perfectly and others did not. The way Gianna worked with me to resolve all fit issues really made me feel completely confident that regardless of the initial decision, the company does things the right way and I have no doubt this company is solid. Expert advice, patience, assurance that things will be ok, and responsive support.

I will no doubt be buying more shoes from Carmina and it is because I know if the size isn't right, they will exchange it and they even helped when I got taxed twice for the same pair of shoes.

Carmina is quickly becoming my go-to gift choice for close friends and loved ones. The poison is real and I want more people to experience the style, comfort and build quality of this shoe company I've come to love.

I’ve been ordering from Carmina for years, including several MTO pairs, and I’ve generally been very happy with both the product quality and customer service. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has been disappointing.

I ordered a pair of shoes on November 1st, but received the wrong model. Mistakes happen, and that part didn’t bother me. What did concern me was the follow-up: when I contacted customer service, they initially treated the situation as if I were requesting a standard exchange. Only later did they acknowledge the actual issue — and informed me that they had no idea where my correct pair was.

More than a week has passed since my last message, and I still haven’t received any update or response, despite following up myself.

This level of communication simply isn’t acceptable, especially given the brand’s reputation and price point.

Good customer service, lackluster support on shipping returns and import duties. If you don't know your exact size (which nobody does for a new brand of shoes) I'd advise against ordering.

I have been a Carmina customer for many years and always only had the best experience regarding product quality. After deciding on my first custom order, I reached out to Customer Service (Brenda) and the whole journey has been absolutely marvelous and significantly better than almost all "luxury" brands I have interacted with. Brenda was not only quick, but also extremely helpful, made me feel valued and provided true advice. I am looking forward to receiving the final product.

Amazing Quality and outstanding Customer Service!

I bought 2 Cordovan soller Boots and one Boxcalf wingtip boot. The Quality and craftmenship is flawless and the customer support absolut outstanding - Thanks to Brenda and Marie!!! I discovered a Carmina store in Paris six years ago and bought a pair of women’s boots. The quality of their footwear is exceptional and the styles are timeless. In the past year I have purchased an additional 4 pairs of shoes online as there is no store near where I live. Having access to unparalleled customer service when buying shoes and boots online is integral to buying something of worth online. I will not hesitate to buy from Carmina in the future. My experience, primarily due to Marie in customer service, has been outstanding. Highly recommend.

The team at Carmina are exceptional. The quality of shoes and service are the reasons I'll always return for more shoes in the future from them. Custom shoes and service take time and patience but the wait is worth it. The team is always happy to answer questions and work with me.

So far I've had 4 custom ordered shoes made by Carmina during the past couple years. I have always had some questions regarding details of their models and I've always got very kind and prompt responses from their customer service (I think most of the time I've chatted with Brenda and her service is really pleasant!).

With one of my ordered pairs I had an issue with how the toe plates were installed but they fixed it with no costs. So I really can't say that I've had any problems with this shoemaker, I'll continue ordering more custom shoes from them as I've finally found a last from them that looks good and fits my feet rather well. Their customization tool allows me to create shoes that suit my taste and style plus you can always request some extra modifications to be made if you email them!

A very important aspect for me is customer service!!! The customer service with Marie was exceptionally unbelievable!!! She is truly a star.. I ordered my shoe online because I live in Germany but I was abit skeptical because am never confident with buying shoes online but the rapport with Marie assured me I would get the shoe as per my order even after the 1st pair of shoe didn't fit but she assured the exchange would not be a problem at no cost for delivery... I am very satisfied and happy upon receiving the exchanged pair.. Looking forward to wearing it this summer and I would recommend anyone to Carmina!!!

Costs for returns are strangely high. Better buy your own shipping label.

I was nervous about purchasing online from halfway across the world (Australia) however after a few emails which were promptly answered with all the information I was seeking I felt confident to make my purchase. Less than 1 week later I received my wonderful shoes in Australia all the way from Mallorca. They were well packed and arrived in perfect condition AAA+++

I bought a pair of boots 2 years ago, came apart on sole and elastic on ankle on both boots frayed. After numerous emails back and forth Customer Services (Brenda) used the excuse of the boots being 2 years old that they would offer free repair if I covered the cost of shipping £100. It was visible that the boots were not worn that many times and certainly after paying a lot of money, I did not expect them to come apart how they did. I bought the boots after reading Carmina boots were made with excellent craftsmanship etc.
The company would not budge and unhelpful in every way. Therefore I will not be purchasing from this company.

I have been buying from Carmina for years and I can say their customer service is truly exceptional. I visited Spain recently and wanted to visit an actual Carmina store (I used to only buy from their website online). Trying my luck I contacted Marie who's been my go-to for years to see if an appointment can be arranged. Marie has been more than helpful, coordinating with the store to reserve shoes for me. I was then greeted with super friendly and clearly very experienced members of the store. The experience has made my visit to Spain even better. Honestly cannot recommend the brand and its team more.

Brenda and the Carmina team were awesome in ensuring my MTO loafers arrived on time + were able to be customized to my requests. Would highly recommend Carmina to anyone looking for a pair of great shoes, thanks so much to the Carmina team!
