Worst company ever! Would never recommend this company to anyone. I tried the vent mount cell phone holder and it was junk! It did not hold my phone. And if you use the metal/magnetic plates to see if the mount will work in your car - forget sending it back for a full refund. They will not give you a full refund (only half) since you "used" the plates. They do not stand behind their refund policy. Stay away from this company.

Almost three months to receive my product (which I still haven't received) and customer service that is completely useless, responding randomly and with very long delays. It's a shame because their products are nice (I've ordered from them in the past), but I suspect they are dropshippers because they have very poor control over deliveries...

The mount is excellent, very strong and stays where I put it. The circular magnet, however, is very weak and the phone falls off going over only moderately rough road.

Car mount, my car was missing this. Strong suction, can move around from car to car. Hasn’t popped off once. I am very happy with my purchase. I thought it was going to be a scam company but they are a legit company that has an actual product. Not a purchase where you thinking you buying something but it’s just a company that takes your money and sends you a fake tracking. CAR MOUNT IS LEGIT.

Order has supposedly been shipped. Tracking shows "in processing" for over 10 days. Customer service has told me that the status would be updated, but that never happened. The company should have re-sent the order with a different courier. Based on the this item supposed to be in stock and no shipping, I would be hesitant to recommend this company to anyone I know.

Bought this 3 weeks ago. Shipping still showing as 'pre-transit'. Reached out to customer service twice - zero response after the 'automated' "we've received your message". Yet the marketing is showing boxes and boxes of devices, truth is - once you've paid - they might not even ship you one. Save your money and buy from a reputable store with stock!

I would like to update and share my personal thoughts why I'm so happy with CarMount.
The day I received my package here in Sydney Australia, there is a letter attached simply describing how CarMount was born, Ati Põldkivi the amazing man behind all this described how it all started in a garage and not some fancy office what captured my heart was the story behind this, and the frustration Ati felt about phone holder that didn't work, I was in the same shoes, I spend so much money on phone holder that didn't last. It came to point a pile of different mounts i have collected and all failed.
Then I found CarMount, this amazing invention every car enthusiast must have in there car, why? Several reasons it looks great, the quality is amazing, most importantly the invention works. I have 3 cars and all have difficult places to mount my phone and tablet. But Ati invention fitted perfectly and making my interior more stylish. All my cars now uses CarMount devices and I finally have throw away the old ones. I still have the first 2 I bought from CarMount and still working well the quality has not changed specifically the 4 scary season here in Sydney, I bought more because I now use CarMount for all my devices and including the 8 inch portable Navigation system I have. I used CarMount device to hold my GPS. And for the first that it doesn't move not even by a tiny bit it held better than the original bracket it came with. I'm really happy with this invention, and it's only right others around the world appreciate this amazing invention.
Although I'm here in Sydney it's also truly amazing the customer service I received from this company I'm sure for those who met Charlie V, would know what I'm talking about. I never received such professionalism and care in customer service, even though its through email Charlie V is such a amazing young lady who truly showed concerned and care, its amazing just through email Charlie V really shows how much she cares about her customer, constant up to date status. Absolutely wonderful person. Thank you so much Charlie V really appreciate the hard work you put.

I recently purchased the Clutch-X One. I have used a couple of different products from Carmount and have always been very happy with those products. I love this one as well, after I found a spot where it would actually attach on my '19 Ford Expedition. It does need a totally flat and smooth surface. It holds very well even while driving on bumpy dirt roads. My favorite thing about this model is that it can be removed without any trace and moved to another vehicle. It doesn't damage your vents. I would definitely recommend.

I don't give reviews very often, but seriously, this product is worth writing a review for. I've tried 'so' many car mounts. They've either broken my vent, or fallen off the windscreen. I've finally found a carmount that works with the F1 dashboard mount. I followed the YouTube video for installation instructions, which, honestly, was so easy. I have a really thick phone case, so I mounted the magnet on the back of the case instead of directly onto the phone, but the magnet is thin and blends in really well with the phone case print. The magnet works brilliantly, clinging together strongly every single time I mount the phone to it, not to mention that it easily twists both vertically and horizontally, so I can view the phone in either direction. I highly recommend this carmount. You will not be disappointed.

My F2 adjustable mount is discreet and attractive to the car after phone is removed.

After waiting 2 months to receive it I'm very disappointed with the strength of the magnet. Doesn't hold very well even with a magnetic phone cover. Don't waste your money. Tracking from China.

So good so far. Adheres well to the dash. Metal plate adheres well to my phone case. Time will tell. Had it since the middle of June.

I bought the Carmount and the Car Quick Charger. I was looking for something sleek, and wasn't $70. I found Carmount and both look fire in my car! The Carmount doesn't stick out like a sore thumb and looks like it belongs in my car. And the Car Quick Charger is very small and with the right cord will let me know that the phone is rapidly charging. Great finds!

I have had several of the first generation Carmounts in my vehicles and love them..I recently bought a new car and these do not suit so I went back to Carmount and they had a new type which was just perfect ..A week later and my problem is solved..Thank you Carmount..Bloody Legend!

Amazing car mounts! I have used 3 of their carmounts now. The only reason I have used 3 is they keep releasing new ones. They are all great and hold my phone securely even on very bumpy rides. The latest one I got was the clutch mount so I can put it in and out of the work cars I have to use which is a wonderful option. Great customer service and quick delivery, even here in Australia. You will not be disappointed, buy one, and you may never need to buy another mount for you car. Thank you.

Absolute find! I’ve spent YEARS looking for a phone mount that can perform without a hitch when the Australian outback strikes - THIS. IS. IT. We took advantage of the “3 for the price of 2” deal and whacked one in each car, expecting both to hit the foot-well within days. 2 months on, these bad boys are exactly where we placed them… they’ve survived the notoriously hideous rural WA roads and corrugated tracks, sand dunes, city freeways - the lot! and haven’t missed a beat! To be fair, we’re yet to tackle an Australian summer (which sees every other phone mount I’ve ever purchased hit the deck when the temperature hits the roof), but so far, this product delivers exactly what it promises to. I’m impressed, the hubby’s impressed and we’d both happily recommend Carmount to anyone who is sick of inferior products making large claims. The best 👌🏼
PS: the 3rd one is going in my kitchen to hold my $3k+ iPad Pro, that’s how much I trust this product!
