Great experience. All the proces was online and I was not bothered by sales people. The only moment I had to call was to speed up the delivery. After the purchse it said the first possible delivery was in 2 weeks, I called and with the help of a salesperson the car could then be delivered in 3-4 days. Adjusting the portal so I do not have to call would have made the full experience digital - which is what I was looking for. The car is in perfect state and I am happy with the whole process.

It was very easy to get all information on the car from Carnext. The process is clear and digitaly made easy, not to mention that since sold car are from LeasePlan, all history and maintenances are known and trustworthy. I would defintly recommend Carnext and I am thinking of carnext for my next car.

I recently bought a car from CarNext-Breukelen and I asked them for twice about any damage on the car, and they only mentioned some scratches and therefore just I bought it as I found it a nice car.
However, after buying it, I understood that there are different damages for the car which result in change of some parts, repairing some parts and also painting. When I came back to them I understood that the damages history were already there in their own internal database and just they did not share with me. My question is why they did not share while it was requested and also it was clear for them?
Additionally, it is now said, if I return the car then the maintenance cost that I ordered upon my purchase will not be reimbursed.

Therefore, if you want to buy a car from them please consider:
1) First ask them in a written term clearly to report you the damage history from their own database.
2) After evaluation, buy the car online to have 2 weeks return guarantee and preferably do not ask for extra packages like maintenance.
3) Additionally, check the car by an expert to be sure that there is no any issue.

I purchased a Ford Focus from Carnext during May 2021 in the Netherlands, from the Breukelen branch.

I found the sales advisor who assisted with the sale of the vehicle to be unhelpful, vague and lacking a sense of responsibility to see through the deal.
1. He neglected to provide us with the vehicle document number prior to collecting the vehicle. This resulted in us needlessly traveling to Breukelen on the day due for collection, only to be informed that we will not be able to collect the car.
2. In terms of questions on the vehicle, he did not respond with transparency and adequate detail, and appeared to be ill informed regarding the vehicle history.
3. Accident history was not included under the vehicle information online. Only after commiting to the vehicle did I find out that the vehicle was indeed not accident free.
4. On the day of collection, I noticed that the engine cover was missing and informed both the Breukelen branch as well as the sales advisor in order to fix this. A week later I have not received a follow up regarding this and instead the sales advisor referred us back to Breukelen, avoiding his responsibility to assist a customer he originally serviced.

Finally, I would question the integrity of the carnext 228 point check system as they clearly did not even bother to inspect the engine to notice that the cover was missing before delivery to a client.

This aside, the vehicle itself has been running fine for a week, however I reserve the right to comment on its reliability after further testing.

As it stands, I cannot recommend carnext due to the failings above.

UPDATE APRIL 2022: It has been almost a year after purchasing the vehicle. Since the purchase, the car has been in for repairs a total of 7 times. Coils, plugs, catalytic converter, sensors all replaced and to date the engine light remains on due to misfiring within the cylinders.
Carnext has avoided all my attempts to return and make good on the defective vehicle they sold to me. I have even suggested purchasing another vehicle from carnext to return this one, but as you can expect carnext has avoided this request as well.

Overall an unscrupulous organisation, to be avoided.
