Unfortunately even if a dress is size 16 which should fit, it is smaller. The other one didn't show on the picture exactly how it is sewed, I had a surprise, but since the shipping to and from Brussels is rather costly, I will not return them. It's tricky to buy from this shop because of the shipping costs.

Every dress on our website has the exact measurements of the actual dress you are buying. We do not simply give generic measurements as we are aware that there are differences in sizes sometimes. We also state that we are happy to give any further measurements if asked. We received no communication from you at all whether to ask for additional measurements or to return the dresses to us. We would also like to mention that the cost of posting the dresses to you was £12.05 but we only charge £8.99 so it is difficult for us to understand why you say the shipping costs are high. Our website shows you the total cost before you place your order so there were no hidden surprises. In the future, if you have any concerns regarding any item on our website or postage costs, please message us first so we can help.

Customer service
I have ordered several items from Carobethany as you can purchase Phase Eight garments for a fraction of the price .My recent purchase did not meet their usual standards ( a dress I recieved had a large stain on the lining ) I contacted them immediately and was offered a full refund or £5 refund towards the dess within the hour of my email,This is extremely good customer service and will not deter me from use no Carobethany again .
