I have been searching for a jacket to finish off a wedding outfit unsuccessfully for weeks, until I found exactly what I wanted at Refashion. The exact style I wanted and a perfect colour. Delighted.

I love the ethos of Re-Fashion but was a little disappointed following my recent order when one of the items was refunded before being sent out, without any communication with me first. I had been so excited about the dress concerned too so was absolutely gutted. Apparently there was a fault with it but I would’ve liked to have had the opportunity to choose whether or not I still wanted it. To add insult to injury, I emailed to ask if this could still be sent out but didn’t even receive a reply. The items are pre loved so are not expected to be perfect. You should allow customers to decide whether or not they are happy to accept them.

Easy to use website, excellent value for money, speedy delivery and I absolutely LOVE my new dresses.

Ordering was simple but after paying and waiting a couple of days for delivery instructions was then notified my item couldn’t be found in warehouse and would be issued with a refund. The site had a 50% sale on at the time so would have been a bargain if I had actually received it. So can’t really comment on how my item would have looked (like advertised?) because never received. Not sure I would use again

I have bought a few items from re-fashion and have always been very happy with the quality. The items always arrive quickly.
I try my best not to buy ‘new’ clothes and re-fashion is one of my go-to shops when i’m clothes shopping.
The website is well laid out and easy to navigate.

Absolutely excellent quality for the money you pay, excellent customer service, I bought 2 items and had to send one back cause of size, just one email and done! not the same experience with other charities

Tracking app 'Shop' doesn't seem to update. My order was shipped a week ago but it still just says 'shipped'. Have emailed re fashion customer service twice and messaged on Facebook too, but have not heard anything. Quite disappointed actually.

I just recently found this website as I was looking for high quality and affordable second-hand clothes to wear in the office. I loved the huge selection and that it offers clothes only in excellent condition and brand new clothes. I also like that I have an option to choose designer clothes. The website is very good, and detailed and there are several detailed photos of the clothes. I placed my first order and was excited to see if the clothes I ordered would be indeed as good in quality as their description on the website. The post-order communication was perfect and the clothes arrived soon. I was surprised to see the excellent quality of the clothes. Everything I ordered was according to the description on the website. I am very pleased and cannot wait to see what “treasures” I will find on the website next time.

The clothes were good quality and the smell of them was so fresh and clean will definitely be buying more well worth a look and good value for money

I'm a fan of the second-hand campaign and having a catalogue like Re-Fashion is a fantastic idea.
Due to the offer at the time I practically got BOGOF on two dresses for great value. I think there needs to be more detail in the product description. In my opinion, one of the dresses I bought wasn't the colour, material or finish that I expected from the listing, but the style is so lovely that it's a keeper.

Quick delivery, dress in perfect condition at a great price

The clothes are great, some don't fit me well but that's more of the clothing brands' fault. The package should have been tracked though, would have been helpful to know when it was going to arrive so I could arrange the delivery promptly. I had to collect it from the post office as a result.
