Very impressed with re-fashion: placed my first order a few weeks ago and was delighted with my purchases which included a brand new pair of good quality trousers at less than half of the retail price. As someone who purchases most of her clothes from charity shops, it was great to have the experience of online shopping but at a fraction of the cost whilst knowing that I am helping the planet. Will definitely use again.

It would be really helpful if it is made clear on your website whether garments are in American or UK sizes. I ordered what was listed as a petite size 10 jacket but when it arrived I realised this was actually in American sizes and so was 2 sizes too big. Other than that I think your business model is brilliant and service excellent and love being able to return items in same packaging avoiding waste etc.

Dandelion top arrived promptly, it was from M & S and was of good quality, and the size was a perfect fit.
