Loved my dress it was beautiful and arrived super fast! It was also soooo much cheaper than it would have been in the shop!!

Now when I get a shopping itch, Re-Fashion is the first place I look, and I can always find something that I want. I can always find high quality pieces, even though many are second hand. I love what this company stands for and is doing for the environment by keeping clothes out of landfill. The rag bags of clothes that don't quite fit their quality standards is an excellent idea!

I am obsessed with this site! The items are always really good quality and it feels great giving something a new home, not sending it to landfill. I cannot recommend them enough!

A positive online shopping experience with quick delivery. My purchase (a jumpsuit ) was in great condition and a bargain price. My only criticism: it was impossible to see from the photos how wide the legs were. But I love it and decided to keep it. Love the fact that the use paper parcels. The tiny tube of love hearts inside is a sweet touch ! 😊

I have purchased a few times now, and it is so easy to navigate the website. All the clothes are genuine and in excellent condition. I feel the pricing is great too, as some other websites are quite pricey. I can’t wait for my next order.

They brought yourselves to my attention and this resulted in me requesting a donations bag (which I am in the process of sending) and making a purchase of a pre-loved AllSaints item. I am a fan of AllSaints fashion which has helped with regard to the tricky sizing issue. I am very happy with my purchase. It is very, very important that everyone engages with the Circular Economy by way of ensuring a sustainable future for humanity going forward

Fabulous- Bought a lovely tweedy skirt, a fine knit jumper in navy and a cotton skirt to put away for the summer - great value, perfect condition, speedy delivery and you can feel good about your purchase as it’s all surplus or pre loved!

I was really disappointed with my third delivery from re-fashion - my first two deliveries were great.
This time I ordered two jumpers, jeans and two tops. All looked really good when they arrived and I was so pleased with the condition of my bargains. However, when I looked at the labels they were not as listed. I am severely allergic to wool (affects my breathing) so I find buying winter clothes difficult. The two jumpers I ordered were listed as acrylic mix - on arrival they both included wool (this should have been listed as acrylic/wool mix).
The jeans I ordered were listed as 32” waist - which they were - there was no length listed so I presumed they were standard length but they were tall/long.
Only two items turned out to be accurately listed so I will probably not buy much from you now unless I know the items really well or listing becomes more in depth.

Easy to use website and quick delivery time. I bought 3 items of clothing for my sister for her birthday and she loves all of them!

I love shopping from Re-fashion. Feels great to buy second hand clothes or designer brands that are selling at a massive discount - something I wouldn’t be able to afford otherwise! Always a fabulous selection and orders are dispatched quickly. I love how the clothes are packaged- in simple paper bags. So glad I found this wonderful little shop.

Received my items promptly and again, I'm delighted to see what great condition they're in! I just need to lose a couple of pounds so that the jeans fit me...not Re-fashion's fault, it's just the frustration of high street brand sizing anomalies...even sizes from the same store can vary quite a bit. I'll certainly not hesitate to buy from Re-fashion again.

Shopping at Re-Fashion is a great pleasure. There is a wide choice and some good bargains.
Delivery is always very quick and as things don't always fit having free returns is really helpful.

I find Re-fashion and easy website to look through, the filters are easy to apply so you can search via size or style of garment. Great selection as always and easy returns which is a must have for me. Very happy returning customer
