Everything was great until we had to wait for delivery
Everything was great until we had to wait a week for delivery based on the company didn't come to our area on a regular basis. Also, the delivery company never asked about stairs and delivered to our garage.

Great addition to the exercise room.
The bike is great, my team is loving the variety of workouts. Buying was easy, and setup/assembly was easy to follow - did it with one person. We have various fitness levels and all of us are using it. Would like better instructions about how to adjust it for different people (5 using it here).

Ride and CX are equally spectacular
I received the bike only a few days after I ordered it. Assembly was simple. Customer service has been prompt and attentive. The ride is spectacular - the different options are challenging and provide good variety. The leaderboard is great for those of us who are perhaps overly competitive.

Best bike you'll ever own.
The bike is amazing. I'm usually not a fan of cycling classes or stationary bikes, but I love this bike. It's a great workout in the shortest amount of time. I've used it for about a month 2-3 times a week, and there's a clear improvement in my performance. I can't say enough about it. The HR monitor is just like any other monitor; it does automatically connect, though, without any pairing.

Delivery was fine
Delivery was fine, the box arrived in good shape. Wish I had been told that the box wouldn't be brought up any stairs, not really a delivery when the box is dropped in your driveway and you have to figure out how to get it inside.

We do offer a paid assembly service where the bike will be delivered, and assembled, to a room of your choice for an extra fee. We recommend riders use this service if they have stairs to their home.

CAROL Bike is scientifically proven to give you the same benefits in a 5-minute workout than a 45-minute run. But having said that, it's no free lunch. You do have to work hard for the 2x20-second sprints, which creates the most potent training stimulus.

This is a cautionary tale if you are…
Update: Support helped me to log into my bike and it was not very intuitive (I am a former interface developer). I am still not pleased with such a short warranty and would not purchase again. They will repair my bike for a cost.

My son purchased a 1.0 bike during the shutdown and then gave it to me. It's about 4 years old and doesn't work at all. I got a look at the warranty and was shocked by how short it was given the expense. The best warranty was for the frame, 1 year. Everything else, 6 months.
Nothing about the bike is working. It stopped measuring the heart rate months ago and was constantly losing internet connection and sometimes just restarted while I was in the middle of a workout. I had left it unplugged while work was being done on my apartment and when I carefully plugged it back in (hoping to restart my membership), clearly something is loose and the bike will not function. I have checked the connections many times.
The menu, which takes me to the user screen, does not allow me to change the password, which I had changed online. So a bike that should have been functional for several years given the cost is now essentially trash.
I am considering a Peloton for my next bike.

I LOVE my Carol bike
I LOVE my Carol bike. Whether I've got a REHIT ride, fat burn, custom or fitness test in my schedule, I always look forward to hopping on the bike. Also, the team at Carol are responsive and helpful. Most importantly, I've significantly improved my VO2 max in just 90 days, as well as improved my leg strength. Carol bike rides are a fantastic addition to my fitness and longevity routine.

Fitness Metrics Improve Without Increasing Intensity
One of the things I've noticed about the CAROL bike is that the intensity of my rides remain constant while my fitness metrics (e.g., Peak Heart Rate, Energy Output, Peak Watts, Fitness Score) continue to improve. The dashboard tells me that the AI almost always increases resistance, but I don't notice it. Because the AI increases resistance in proportion to one's new fitness level, the intensity of the rides seems unchanged - even though you are actually becoming fitter with each ride.
