I recently purchased the 6 in 1 hydrodermabrasion machine. I had several questions concerning operation. The company was responsive and sent helpful videos. They also answered my questions clearly and thoroughly.

The machine works great! Had it for a month and i can see a difference! This is a professional machine. My only complaint is the power cord can be slightly touched and it will unplug from the back of machine. That should be fixed. But great product!

I purchased two machines from this company, a microdermabrasion machine and hydrafacial machine. My first problem was with putting together the hydrafacial machine. I was missing screws, some parts weren’t fitting, cords were exposed, etc. The company could not help and instead sent me a youtube video for a completely different machine. Secondly, with my microdermabrasion machine, it was cheaply made. I am only giving two stars because after 10 days of messaging and sending photos of them machine perfectly boxed up, down to the BUBBLE WRAP (as requested by the team)… they decided to just refund me because returning the machine would cost too much. I didn’t even bother to try returning my hydrafacial machine although three of the seven modalities did not work on it. I do not recommend this company, unless you are looking for cheap machines that will break in a week.

My problem with my cavitation machine is the 40k attachment didn’t work, and after 10 minutes the machine started to smell like something was burning. Customer service made it seem I just didn’t know how to work it, because the machine was tested before delivery. I didn’t care if it was tested before hand, all I know is that when I got it it wasn’t working and after 10 videos proving that it didn’t work they said they would send me a new attachment but couldn’t do anything about the smell

Had a great buying experience. Received my product quickly and in great condition. After a week there was a manufacturing defect that showed up and I had to contact their service department. The issue was resolved very quickly and efficiently. Had an exchange with one of their engineers who asked questions to narrow down the problem and quickly found a solution. The faulty part was immediately replaced. Very impressed both with the buying experience and later the post sales service.
